The house has a nice floor plan and it can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Directly from the kitchen or living room (lanai) with 4 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs. The gas BBQ grill is free to use. The salt system is to heat with electricity.
In addition to the master bedroom with king size bed / bath with shower, there are two guest bedrooms, both with queen size double beds / bath with shower. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. The living room is comfortably equipped with a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the separate dining area is big enough for 6 people. Enjoy precious hours on the dock and watch the fish or our wildlife offers here.
Do not miss a walk or bike ride. 2 adult bicycles (free of charge to use, ... at your own risk). On the Caloosahatchee River which leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico, bring your own boat or boat. On the west-facing property with pool deck you can be pampered by the Florida sun and find soothing cooling in the pool.
For the golfers among you, Cape Coral and Ft. Myers numerous golf courses.
The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your well deserved vacation.
Inclusive is bed linen, towels, beach towels, cooler, gas barbecue and bicycles, in the otherwise fully equipped house.

Annual Cape Escape

Sue and Marcus were great, always quick to respond and very helpful with our requests. We really liked the location, quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space with pool and dock area. Definitely see you again next year.

Beautiful and peaceful

The property was just as pictured and very clean. Sue and Marcus made the entire process very easy. Great people who cleary take pride in what they do for their guest. The home had lots of space to spread out, all the amenities for the 4 of us, and a lovely west facing sunset every night over the canal.

Pleasant stay

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a spacious set up and a beautiful kitchen filled with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The lanai, pool and outdoor space was wonderful for some family fun. My husband even found a little time to fish with the reels provided. The neighborhood was pleasant and flat which made bike riding a fun time too!

Cape Coral Getaway

Very nice place. Clean and very well appointed. Hosts Marcus and Sue were great. Pool was hard to heat up but beyond that we were very pleased. Nice Neighborhood.

Great place for vacation

Great stay

The house and location was exactly as advertised. We loved the location which is really quiet. The burrowing owls in the neighborhood were a plus and fun to see everyday. The hosts responded quickly when the power went out and that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area.

Peaceful Getaway

This house was in great shape and very clean. Exactly as the listing mentions. Marcus and Sue were wonderful to work with. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! Great quiet location with peaceful canal views and a nice walkable/bikeable neighborhood. Would definitely rent this location again!

Great Getaway

Came down to Florida for a quick pre Christmas getaway. Now I understand why the reviews were so good for this property because it’s cleanliness, comfort and beauty. A perfect vacation

From the minute we walked into the house, we felt like we stepped into paradise. The house, pool and lanai were beautiful and spotless. The check in/out process was seamless. We spent time everyday in the pool and enjoying the view of the canal. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Sue and Marcus were a quick text message away for any questions we had. I can’t say enough about our week here-definitely returning here again.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We were three couples who enjoyed staying here for a little over two weeks. A bright and well-designed house in a quiet environment. Three good bedrooms, good beds and clean and nice bathrooms. Good kitchen with everything you need. Great to sit by the canal and watch wildlife and boats sail by. The swimming pool is very nice and well taken care of. The screen by the pool was damaged after Hurricane Ian passed through shortly before, but the owner gave us a discount on the rent and we were happy with that.

Loved our Stay

We walked in and right away felt like we were on vacation! Loved the location- quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the view of the canal and beautiful sunsets. Impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the property. Great home base for visiting different beaches- including Sanibel Island, Venice Beach, Siesta Key and Fort Myers area. Many stores/restaurants a short distance from house which was convenient. Kids enjoyed walking the neighborhood and seeing the burrowing owls! 2 bikes available for use and having beach chairs and coolers available to use was great! Would def come back!

wonderful rental

My sisters, brother- in- law and I have a reunion at least once a year. This rental was perfect for us. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. We loved having our own pool and fishing dock. Property is only 30 minutes from Sanibel Beach. Many great dining venues close by... or just BBQ on the patio. Only problem was pool not really clean on arrival (Saturday) because of previous storms, but property manager, Sue, took immediate action and someone came out on Father's Day to clean it. Excellent customer service in my opinion! Check in/out very easy! Highly recommend this property! Would love to rent again!

Very peaceful location

The home was terrific, and the environment was peaceful. My only complaint was having to schedule an appointment the day after arriving and the day of departure. I was frustrated by this because I already paid for electricity two weeks prior to arriving, so why am I signing a form that tells you what the meter reads? When driving 24-27 hours, I don't want to wake up at 7 a.m. to sign papers that were already signed and paid for. This could be done before your arrival so you don't have to be burdened. I think the owners need to realize that people are on vacation they are not looking to schedule appointments and or wake up before the sun comes up. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Relaxation

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Bamboo property. We immediately felt welcomed when we arrived to wine and relaxing music playing. The property managers were extremely attentive and even stopped by on our second day there to make sure we didn’t have any questions. There were more than enough towels and even four chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the beach. This was the best stocked property we have stayed at. My husband and son had fun fishing off the dock and we spent a good amount of time floating in the pool. Perfect relaxing vacation.

Quiet Neighborhood Gem

We have rented several Villas in Cape Coral over the last few years and this was our favorite. We have rented larger, fancier places but this just felt like home for the month we were there. The 3 bedroom Villa is just the right size for a small family with lots of room for the 2 of us. The beautiful canal view and large saltwater pool in this quiet neighborhood, makes you want to spend everyday outside by the pool. We loved sunning on the deck by the water boat watching. Hosts Sue and Marcus made the stay easy and enjoyable. Thank You Both.
