We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, there were plenty of beds for our family, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall great stay , good location and clean and comfortable . The only issue we had was with the fridge , it had leaked a bit when we got there and then was very loud and noisy.
We loved this property. It was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very responsive.

Outstanding communication, responsiveness, and consideration from host; beautiful, confortable, spacious townhome in quiet area; made for a perfect 4-day stay for our family (8 adults and 4 children) to gather for our granddaughter’s baptism.
We are so happy we found this rental. It fit our family’s needs perfectly while in town for a bike race. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and we had everything we needed. Besides the beds, there were portable mattress pads that made sleeping arrangements flexible. And having use of the garage was prime for our bike storage. Would highly recommend.
This was perfect for a trip to Zion and Brian Head. The place was nice and clean. Good access to the freeway and a good price. This was exactly what we needed.

We needed a home base for our kids mountain bike state finals in Cedar City. This place was just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable and had everything required to prepare simple meals for our crew. We’ll be back for our next stay in Cedar.
Really great. Didnt have futon beds like it said but did have trifold mattress to out on the floor. Didnt have laundry soap but everything else was fantastic. Would recommend it!!!
This townhouse was good for our overnight stays. We spent most of our time sightseeing during the day and we were mostly here for sleeping. We could have used more towels since we were a large family group. Not a good place for kids who like to be outside since it is a townhouse community with no yard. Quiet neighborhood.
Pros: comfortable stay, plenty of sleeping space, quiet, easy access to freeway. nice kitchen set up.
Cons: small living room area but it was ok because it was very open, no garage door opener available, not enough towels
This property was VERY spacious and adorable. All the beds were super comfortable. It was clean and had the basics available. The location is just off the main drag. It was also super nice to use the garage to park our car. We will 100% stay here again when in Cedar City.
We had a great time. The home felt spacious even with 3 families in it. The rooms are big. The house was clean. We made great memory and are recommending it to other family members for Christmas!!!
We had to add an additional day on the front end of our stay last minute and they were so gracious to accommodate! The house is beautiful, clean, and well furnished. The management was very good with communication and quick with response for very minor issues. The location is very convenient to every venue we came to visit. Would definitely recommend and use again!
The house was perfect for our needs. The only issue was that the AC upstairs was not very effective. I think this is being looked into and likely more of an issue due to the unseasonably hot weather.
Good property, but doesn’t sleep 12 like advertised.
It was a great property for us to stay at for my son’s baseball tournament. There were only a few issues we had.
The listing advertises that it sleeps 12, but there were really only 10 spots. Luckily some of us came down later and were able to bring air mattresses and extra blankets.
Also, there weren’t nearly enough towels. I’m not exactly sure how many there were, but I think there were only 4-6 bath towels.
Overall we had a great time and it was a great experience.
This is my second stay at a VRBO property, and just like my first experience, this compels me to make VRBO my first choice when seeking properties for extended stays. This property was perfect for our traveling party of six, though the property could easily accommodate 8 to 10. This townhome was immaculately clean and spacious. Instructions for check-in/out were easy to find and easy to follow. All amenities were conveniently accessible.
We chose this location for its convenient location. From this property we were able visit the Utah, Shakespeare Festival, Zion National Park, and the Brian Head/Cedar Breaks National Monument. It is also a short 45 minute drive to Saint George where you can access a wider variety of shopping and dining.
This property will be my first choice when I return to the area (there's so much more to see!) Properties like this put large hotel chains to shame. Please keep up the great work.
