Steps to the beach townhome - Dog Friendly

Looking to vacation in a spot that has plenty of amenities? Horizon South condos has it all! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit is the perfect spot for you! Many amenities on site such as pools, shuffleboard, pool tables, and basketball court.

We are one of the closest properties in the entire community to the beach! Coconuts bar and grill is just at the end of the street and is the perfect spot for a cold beer after lazy days on the ocean front.

As you enter this lovely updated horizon south unit you will see the living room that has a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, with all of the stainless steel appliances you will need to make a delicious meal.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private access to the deck. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and has access to the second-floor deck. The outside area has a grill, table, and chairs for a nice family cookout.

Our condo is in the perfect family-friendly community with activities to take in such as a basketball and shuffleboard court, pool table, swing set, community pool & of course, just a short walk to the beach! So get your guest list ready and prepare for an amazing vacation!

**Parking and wristbands are purchased upon arrival with the HOA. Armbands are $20.00 ea and 2 parking passes are free any extra would be $25 a piece.

Great place
Really enjoyed my stay. The townhome is close to the beach, took less than 10 mins. Very clean, they have everything you need and more. Will definitely try to stay here again

It was a very beautiful place
It was a very beautiful place with an easy check in process. But the amenities were a little tricky due to the worker not really wanting to help and the gym was closed the whole stay. The room was decently clean could have used better cleaning on bed linens and room’s. But overall the place was nice along with friendly neighbors and a amazing location.

Fantastic place to stay
We spent a week at this condo. Very clean and fantastic condition. The condo easily handled 5 adults and a dog. About a block or so to the beach, easy walking distance. Luke was great to work with. Neighbors were very friendly. Will stay again next year if available.

We absolutely loved to stay in this place. It is very comfortable, has everything you need. The place is located very close to the beach. It took us only few minutes to walk. We had our dog with us. Right next to condo there were 2 different fields for dog to run. Absolutely amazing place. Will rent it next time we would visit Panama City beach

Wonderful Place
We had a wonderful time. Place was very clean upon arrival. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We didn't need to use but there was a bunch of beach supplies on the front porch including a beach wagon. Also had a minor question, and Luke was extremely quick to respond. Definitely looking to stay there again next year.

The townhouse was beautiful well, equipped with good things nice pans nice dishes the beds were comfortable. The showers were wonderful. The outdoor deck with the TV is priceless. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Good location. Very clean. Stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. Loved that it had the covered area in the front to pull the bikes under because it did rain some while we were down there, so that was really nice to have. I'm willing to bet that there is not a better working AC in all of PCB. It was amazing to stay somewhere that didn't have those crazy units that you have no control over during your stay!!!! Will be booking again for sure!

Fantastic spot for vacation!
We just stayed for 5 nights in this condo and had a wonderful time! The location is awesome, with a 2 min walk to the beach and a 2 min walk to the resort complex pools. The space was perfect for our small family of three (plus dog). The kitchen appliances are all new and there was a sizable TV in both bedrooms, plus a giant one in the living room. The kitchen had all the pots/pans, gadgets, etc that you would need to cook your family's dinner. There were two patios to enjoy the outdoors, although we didn't spend much time there because our dog wanted to bark at the dog next door. Overall, very happy with our decision to stay here and may do so again in the future.

We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband’s 60th
I absolutely loved the condo, the only thing I didn’t like is that I read that you only needed to purchase wrist bands If you use the pool and on site facilities but you actually have to purchase wrist bands to be on the property and they will not give you free car tag unless you purchase the wrist bands. Most other places automatically give you complementary wrist bands when staying on the property and these are used for pool access but not here, you have to have wristbands to even go to the beach. This is not what I was expecting at all, however it was a 3 minute walk to the beach and the condo was very clean and beautiful with all the amenities needed. We would definitely come back again.

The hairy dog house
Unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival Dog hair everywhere in balls on furniture floor cold air return floors were sandy and hairy Couldn’t go barefoot ruined white socks Rugs old and hairy not swept tables not dusted The beds covers and sheets dingy stained and hairy showers not cleaned hair in drain calcium buildup all over shower stool… I could go on and on….. not to mention unit was under 24 hour surveillance… I felt my privacy was violated I understand this unit is pet friendly but definitely not cleaned properly Emailed host but didn’t receive response
