This home is simply a masterpiece. Crisp white interiors are accented with natural wood tones and relaxing blue details. The family chef will fall in love with the gourmet kitchen, while the kids and young at heart enjoy classic arcade games and large Smart TVs. The private pool can be heated during cooler months and the screened in porch has a stately fireplace, allowing you to enjoy this private oasis year-round. Everywhere you turn, you will be impressed by the attention to detail and glamorous design.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfect for our group of three families with kids ranging from 3 months to 14 years old. Watercolor is so charming and this house ticked all the boxes for us. Property management was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The washing machine did not drain so each time you did a load you had to do an extra drain/spin cycle. Also, the shower in the second floor master only ever reached lukewarm temperatures. Kids loved the bean bags in the loft area.

You can park your car and drive the golf cart everywhere you need to go. We've stayed on the beach for 25 plus years and tried this house for a different experience. he screen porch is one of my favorites with view of the pool with fountains. If you appreciate top of the line amenities while vacationing, you will find it here.

Excellent house

There were 13 of us and this house was wonderful for our family, plenty of space to gather together but could also get away from others if needed. Great neighborhood, well cared for house, beautiful spaces, we had beach family pictures scheduled but the weather didn’t cooperate so we just did them at our home away from home. Grands and kids loved the pool and being able to use the bikes and golf cart! 5 stars, really nice!

Reviewer Comments: My group of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental in Watercolor for a last minute weekend trip, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The home was brand new and spotless, with modern amenities, appliances and entertainment system that made me feel right at home. The layout was nicely thought out, providing both comfort and privacy as well as great space to hang out together. We didn't use the carriage house but peeking through the window it looked very well appointed. One of the highlights of my stay was the outdoor living space, which was perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. You can hear some noise from the road but the pool has fountains that make that not an issue - and the fire feature by the pool adds some cool ambiance. The golf cart is also a great addition, making it easy to get around the area without having to worry about parking.It was very close to Seaside, and the Publix was just a short drive away, making it easy to make a quick run for supplies.We particularly liked the easy communication with the manager (via text) and the detailed information about the property delivered via their mobile app. We didn't have any issues to address during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Watercolor. The newness, cleanliness, outdoor living space, pool, and golf cart make it a standout choice. I would definitely stay here again if it is available for my next trip.

Spring Break Heaven

This was our fourth and best trip to the 30A corridor! Our extended family of twelve (consisting of adults and teenagers) had plenty of room in this gorgeous, professionally designed home. House is extremely well cared for and is equipped with everything for a group of 10+ to spend quality time together. We really enjoyed the pool and large screened in porch and made all of our meals in the extremely well organized and supplied kitchen and BBQ area. Seaside square is within walking distance, but we typically chose the 6 passenger golf cart and/or 5 bikes to run back and forth between the house and town/beach. Free access to the WC Beach Cub was also a big hit with the teens! Property manager was great - no issues to report. This is truly a 5 star property and experience! We'll be back for sure!

Paradise in Watercolor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 7 of us that got to spread out and enjoy this lovely piece of paradise. The home is brand new, comfortable and sooo clean! Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and fluffy towels. And each bedroom has its own bath. The screened in back porch with fireplace provided the perfect gathering place as we chilled and watched a movie on the big screen our first night. The jacuzzi and pool was so relaxing after a big day of biking around all the lakes down to Watercolor’s private beach (house comes with wristbands for entry) and shopping along the way. The courts were too wet for pickle ball, but I found a cute tennis outfit at the club store. We ate out most nights but there’s a grocery store and liquor store less than 1/2 mile away. I’d also highly recommend the old family run Modica market on Central Square for delicious coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The best part about this place is it’s conveniently located within walking/biking of so many fun activities. Just wish we had more time to sit on the front porch swing and enjoy a few more perfect days.

The property inside was absolutely gorgeous, everything was in great condition, brand new looking! Highly recommend!!
