2) Up to 2 dogs allowed. Maximum weight limit is 50lbs. See house rules for more details.
3) Home is located in well maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow-plower, but winter weather can vary thus precaution is always a good idea. We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles, or chains when visiting during winter. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid disappointment.
4) Visitors are not permitted unless you make a special request to the host and receive approval.
5) We have exterior surveillance of the parking area, back deck to the cottage entrance and front door. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do not have any interior cameras.
6) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnarounds.
7) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for more than 4 hours.
