Per an HOA regulation, rentals in Panama City may be rented and booked only by an individual who is 25 years or older.
PARKING NOTES:
Parking spaces are not assigned. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the Guest Desk located on the Second floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass.
All guests will need to register at the website provided after booking and pay guest resort fees for the wristbands and parking passes.
We encourage all guests to pre-register ahead of arrival, so the desk will have a wristbands and parking passes available and ready upon arrival.
Pre-registration fee in advance - $51.36 (tax)
Late registration, or at the time of arrival at the check-in desk fee- $62(tax).
Upon check-out, guests must return all wristbands to the resort-visitor’s desk on the second floor. There is a $25 fee for lost/stollen wrist band.
Registration will need to be completed prior arrival.
Person making reservation will required to provide proof of age during check-in (minimum age 25 y.old)
Please Note:
Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.
*** Please note, during the high busy season prime time, most desirable locations At PCB of high rise resorts can be full of guests and may have longer wait time for the elevators as well as check-in /check out lines.
*** Multiple units checking in and out at the same time ~ 10 am and 4 pm. Elevators can be very busy during this time. We recommend our guests to plan ahead and leave plenty or time to arrive on time at your next destination. Please use your own discretion and plan accordingly ***
We recommend our guests to do own research about the area, location and the resort itself. Host is only responsible about the quality of own unit in the Tidewater Resort. Host may not be aware of upcoming events, closures, and/or ongoing constructions in the area.
