Have fun with the whole family at this fully stocked home with a hot tub (now decorated for Christmas)! We have everything you need for kids of all ages. Super-fast wifi, toys, kids playground, out-door wood burning fire pit. Walking distance from J Street Marina Bayfront in Chula Vista and the newly redeveloped Downtown 3rd Ave; 15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, downtown San Diego, liberty station, sea world, beaches, and more! **This home has exterior security cameras and is located on a busy street**
Guests will enjoy the entire home, located minutes from the San Diego Bay and the new Gaylord Hotel Development;with a private hot tub! It’s close to the bay/marina, beaches, the Zoo, Sea World, Sesame Place (water park),downtown, little Italy and more! Walk to restaurants and bars on Third Ave!
The Master Bedroom is very large and has a king size bed with a ‘Purple’ mattress. There is a single rocking chair, an infant crib, and a desk/chair. The master bathroom has a tub and shower. There is a smart TV with all your favorite streaming services included like Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Prime (including showtime, MAX and more).
The second bedroom has a full over king bunk bed, closet, and a dresser with a small portable fan if needed.
The third bedroom is a playroom/bedroom with a twin that can pull out to become a king.
The second bathroom is a jack and Jill bathroom in between the second and third bedrooms.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. Oil, spices, zip lock baggies, snacks, pots/pans, silverware, coffee pods, milk frothier, and more.
The living room has a large couch, a dining table that can extend, there is a large smart TV with all your favorite streaming services included like Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Prime (including showtime, MAX and more), or you can log into your own, and an open floor plan that extends into the kitchen.
The backyard has a table with umbrella, hot tub, market lights, a playground for the kids, and two additional seating areas. There’s a fire pit (bring your own wood*), and a propane heater (*propane is provided at no additional cost).

This is an urban city neighborhood; walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, the Marina, parks and grocery stores.
A car is the best form of transportation in San Diego. But from the House you can walk to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, or the Bay/Marina!
*Sprouts, Albertsons and CVS located 1 block away. This home is located on a busy street with double paned windows.There are exterior security cameras for your safety and ours, they are clearly displayed. There is a shed outside on the side of the house that will remain locked. There is room for 2 cars, one in the driveway, and one on the gravel in the front of the home; there is also street parking.
