Perfect place for a long weekend getaway

Place was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Host was available via text message for any questions that we had. Communication was great! We would definitely stay here in the future.

Family Getaway

Property located close to everything. Nice, quiet neighborhood. House nicely decorated and very clean. Pool was a huge plus! Host very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

My group and I had the pleasure of staying at Sanh's home while in town for the Electric Daisy Carnival. It was an incredibly welcoming oasis and provided much-needed tranquility and relaxation after spending our nights dancing away. We were genuinely grateful for its prime location, which spared us the hassle of navigating through the Las Vegas Strip traffic. Conveniently situated near the airport, the strip, and various grocery stores, we effortlessly managed our food and grocery deliveries right to our doorstep. Each room was a haven of comfort, spacious and immaculate, with blackout curtains ensuring our daytime rest was undisturbed. The living spaces were nothing short of perfect, fostering a sense of togetherness and comfort whether we were gathering in the living room, kitchen, backyard, or enjoying the pool. We sincerely appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the laundry facilities, pool, well-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage, and dishwasher, all of which contributed to our seamless and enjoyable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone searching for a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. The convenience of not having to navigate through a hotel lobby and parking garage to reach our room was an immense relief. Expierence Vegas off the Strip

From booking to checking in and checking out all went well with no problems. The pictures and descriptions are accurate with a contemporary design. The amazingly interesting back yard neighbors was an added surprise! The pool was a refreshing break on the hot Vegas days but unfortunately too cold for me to stay in for any period of time. All in all... a 5* for us!

Fantastic experience!

One of the best vacation rentals I’ve been to! Sahn was very accommodating, responsive and hands on in addressing any needs or concerns we had (which were minimal). The house and pool were clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and filled with well kept homes and yards. Location is central for any activity in the area with easy access to the highways. We spent a week there and have nothing but good to say. We will definitely rent again if/when we return to the area. Thanks, Sahn, for making our stay so comfortable! Really glad we got to meet you!

Great Vacation

My husband and I along with our son (14) and daughter (19) stayed here while on vacation. The neighborhood is very nice, and the house was perfect for us. Short drive to everywhere, very conveniently located and easy to find. Heated pool and Hot tub were a bonus as we had warm days and chilly nights. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to relax away from the strip but a short drive to all the action. Sam, the owner, is very responsive and helpful if needed.

Has potential

This property has potential. Looks like it was just redone so needs a thorough cleaning of inside of cabinets and drawers. etc.. It was redone nicely. Beds were comfortable. The washer worked but dryer didn’t. Could use more towels and separate pool towels would be nice. The location was easy to get around but the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Having the garage to park in was nice. The pool heater broke of course so we couldn’t use it for the first 2 of the 4 days we were there. He did refund the heating cost for that. Everything was “fine” overall.
