Welcome to the Emerald City, where our beautifully furnished rowhouse in the heart of West Seattle's hip and diverse Westwood neighborhood is waiting to be your home away from home! Our home offers easy access to nature and outdoor recreation opportunities, so you can hike, bike, and explore to your heart's content. And when you're ready to refuel, you won't have to go far to find some of the best food and drink Seattle has to offer - we've got it all, from fresh seafood to vegan burgers.
Feeling adventurous? Take a short drive to the iconic Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Seattle Center, and the Seattle Pier. And for sports fans, we're not far from T-Mobile Park, home of the Mariners, and Lumen Field, home of the Seahawks. Just be sure to pack your lucky jersey!

The tri-level Westwood Rowhouse, a spacious and stylishly decorated 1,080 sq ft home that can accommodate up to 6 guests, though we think it's ideal for 4. Perfect for groups of friends, couples, or families, the versatile layout of our home features three bedrooms, two full baths, and multiple outdoor areas, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind.
The home allows natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The first floor features a bedroom/study with a queen-size futon couch and a full-size bathroom, while the second floor houses the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen, along with a balcony and patio that offer outdoor seating. The remaining two bedrooms and full bath are located on the third floor, with the master bedroom boasting a balcony with additional outdoor seating.
Whether you choose to dine out at one of the many local restaurants or cook a meal at home, our kitchen is fully equipped with essential utensils for your convenience. For those who need to stay connected, the property features high-speed internet and a tri-band WiFi 6 router system, ensuring excellent coverage throughout the home.
Additionally, a full-size washer and dryer are available on the first floor, complete with a starter supply of detergent and dryer sheets.
Please note that our home's entrance and parking are accessed through an alleyway, which provides privacy and reduces noise from the main street. You'll have one dedicated parking spot in front of the doorway for a compact/mid-size vehicle, with additional street parking available on the surrounding side streets.
Guest can access:
Guest has complete access to the entire property, with the exception of the utility closet located in the study on the first floor.
Guest Interaction:
Although I won't be physically present during your stay, I am always available to assist you with any questions or concerns via phone or messaging. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything!
Security:
Our home is equipped with 1 security camera: front entrance doorbell
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked
- Scan QR code by front door to notify our cleaners of your departure
House rules:
We take great pride in being good neighbors and request the same from our guests and their companions. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition and we maintain our promise to be good neighbors, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the rules below:
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not permitted for any reason. This property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door, as well as noise sensors. If we are alerted to any unauthorized incident, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free home, including the patio area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, is allowed.
Unauthorized Guests: We welcome all our guests with open arms! We understand that family and/or friends may visit during the stay at our home. However, we kindly request that you let us know in advance if any guests not on the reservation are staying overnight. We welcome visitors, but additional overnight guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests may be charged an additional fee per person per night and/or may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
Shoe: We are a shoe-free home. All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides or slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean stains, so a $50 fee will be charged for any carpet or rug stains left in the home.
Safety: We do not condone any unsafe activities on the premises. Any unsafe activities may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. These activities include, but are not limited to:
• Jumping from / over any railing
• Jumping from elevated surfaces
• Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface
• No Firearms
• No drug use, including marijuana
• No alcohol consumption by guests under 21
• No fireworks/hazardous materials
• No thefts
If you or your companions violate the above rules, below are sample penalties:
- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
- Smoking in the home: $350
- Late check-out past 10am without approval: $75
- Surpassing guest count on reservation: $50 per guest
- Additional cleaning due to undue filthiness: $250
