Enjoy a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a pool - artistically decorated to be farmhouse chic! We would love to host you and your family as you travel to Chico and enjoy this summer getaway experience!

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One room is equipped with a king-size canopy bed, one is equipped with a queen-size bed, and one is equipped with two twin-size beds. We also have a love seat sleeper sofa to fit your whole group! The kitchen is fully-equipped, including all the cooking ware and utensils you could need. We even have a spice rack (boasting 18 different spices) and a coffee station (with both a traditional pot and a Keurig). Once you cook a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen, there is both a breakfast bar and kitchen table to dine at. We have both a living room and sitting area (equipped with a desk) - so plenty of room to watch a program or get some work done. There is even a full-size washer and dryer for any laundry needs you may have. Once you step into the backyard (you will have full, private access to it), you have the option to relax under the shaded porch or take a dip in the large pool.
You will have full access to the home and backyard, minus the garage area.
This home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There are kids out riding bikes or in golf carts, dogs playing in front yards, and neighbors who wave hello! We ask that you please be respectful and courteous of the neighbors and help keep the neighborhood a great place to be!
A pack and play travel crib can be provided upon your request. Also, a white noise sound machine can be provided upon request. Please give us 72 hours notice if you will be needing one of these.
Since we do also have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!
Please note: Maintenance personnel may visit the property for lawn and pool maintenance at any time, and they cannot be turned away. Your cooperation is appreciated.
We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

You and every member of your party (including children and pets) are expected to be respectful of our neighbors. If any member of your party is disrespectful, makes neighbors uncomfortable, or acts in a concerning fashion, our house rule violation policy will go into effect - you will be asked to leave immediately, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided. If this is a concern for you, please reach out to us - we are big on respecting our neighbors in Chico! Thank you for helping us keep the neighborhood a great place to be!
**Please note: Due to parking regulations, do not park on the street and do not exceed more than 2 vehicles per reservation (You are welcome to park both cars in the driveway. Please note that parking in the garage is not permitted. Any additional vehicles beyond the two allowed should be parked outside of the neighborhood.).**
House Rules:
1. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. If you are found to be in violation of this, there will be a $250 fine per violation.
2. Please drive through the neighborhood at a cautious speed of 10MPH.
3. All guests must be listed on the reservation. No one is allowed if they are not listed or approved by us - if you are found to be in violation of this, there will be a $50 fine per unregistered guest per night.
4. Children and pets must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5. No parties are allowed.
6. Please keep noise at a reasonable level. Any noise levels exceeding 80dB will be considered a party and incur a $250 fine.
7. No disturbing the neighbors.
8. Please authorize any late check-outs. Unauthorized late check-outs accrue a $50 fine per hour due to cleaner rescheduling.
9. Disconnecting the pool sweep for any reason results in a $75 fine. Changing the schedule for the pool sweep will also result in a $75 fine.
10. The pool is not to be used after 9PM. Thank you.
11. Please pick up after any animals that you bring.
12. We ask that all guests provide a phone number they will be available to be reached at - we will do a courtesy check-in call, similar to a hotel. There is no pressure to answer this call, but we do like to connect with our guests and see how we can best help make their stay comfortable!
**Violations to house rules can result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
We have pool maintenance/cleaning scheduled for Thursday of every week. We also have a lawn care technician who comes around 11AM on Mondays. While they will be courteous of your stay, we did want to make sure you are aware of their presence.
