This is right near uptown. It is close enough that everything is walkable but far enough on the edge that it's not too loud. Small World coffee is around the corner and so is Hoagie Haven, Tiger Noodles and some other food spots.
The apartment itself is comfortable. There were a few odd things that weren't a big deal such as linens were provided but only one washcloth. Also, be aware that the heating is uneven. The upstairs attic room is extremely hot when the main floor is comfortable. We figured out how to make it work for all of us, but just be aware. I'd stay here again.

Nice place no parking
Great location right off Nassau Street, which I guess is why the price is so high. House was tidy and property manager engaged but beware the city's money scheme parking rules. You must park off street between 2 and 6 am or get ticketed, although no signs on the street tell you that!
My husband and I had a great stay here while visiting our college age daughter. It's close to campus, shops and restaurants. Jason is a very responsive host. Would definitely book again.
Easy walk to Nassau Street shops and restaurants. Good accommodations for our family of 3 with room to spread out.
Kitchen was fully functional and met our needs.
It was the perfect property and location we were looking for as it was close to Nassau Street and all the restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance.
Perfect during summer!!!
The rooms were well kept and my wife and i enjoyed the spaces in each room and could conduct business calls in separate rooms without any sound interference between rooms and the quite neighborhood.
