The location In a quiet but central location is the apartment 2 in the house Margartete, less than 5 minutes walk from the Binzer beach promenade.
The apartment has a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace.
Comfortable upholstery sets and a flatscreen TV invite to convivial evenings in the spacious living area. Due to the fold-out couch is an occupancy of the apartment with 4 people possible. The dining area is integrated in the living area and a table with 4 chairs offers enough space for eating together.
The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob and a microwave. A coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are of course available here.
In the bedroom, a double bed offers enough space for a good night's sleep. You can store your holiday clothes in the spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a towel radiator. In the closets you have enough storage space for your washing and cosmetic utensils.
