Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 4800 sq. ft. 3 story house with (2) giant 360 sq. ft. balconies that both include a lake view. Attached is a separate suite including its own kitchenette and balcony. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms making it perfect for multiple families to enjoy a family reunion or retreat. There is plenty of patio furniture to enjoy coffee or cocktails on the balconies while soaking in the serenity of beautiful Lake Hamilton. Includes built in gas BBQ.

House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. 10mi to downtown Hot Springs.

Important: Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. Perfect location

This home is located where you can drive easily to either side of Hot Springs. The home is designed wonderfully on 3 levels. We all gave it an A !!!

New Year’s Jeep Trip

The home was perfect for our stay. We had 2 families with young children, 1 family with a teenager, and 2 single guys. The sleeping arrangement worked out great for all of us. The house was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We will definitely book this house again on our next Jeep outing.

We really enjoyed staying in this spacious house overlooking the water! Beautiful new home with a great view of the river. Huge kitchen, great open family room with comfortable couches and wonderful large porch. 20 minute drive to downtown hot springs and about an hour and 15 minutes to little rock airport. The house was very clean!

Excellent Vacation home

I must say it was a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a pleasant and cozy ambiance. The home offered ample space, ensuring our group had room to relax and unwind. One thing that stood out was the view from both floors patio/balcony looking at lake Hamilton. Overall, it was a delightful and comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Oh, this house was everything. It was a couple things that we had an issue but not drastic there's not a mop and the lighting in the bonus room upstairs is not good at all it could use a lamp in there. But overall we loved it.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very spacious. There were enough beds to accommodate my family of 18 at least. When we wake up in the morning, we had a great view of the lake. Definitely will book again in the future
