Welcome to Rooted in Titletown!

Nestled behind Roots on 9th beautiful flowershop and greenhouse is our new rental house. The house is located just .8 miles away from Lambeau and Titletown district, and is the perfect place for your group to come stay with us during Packer games and other events. The house is loaded with everything you need. Sleeps up to 8 people, with a master suite and bathroom just sure to wow you and a large gathering area to watch and pregame for the Packers! You’ll love the spacious, open concept living and kitchen area for everyone to relax in. Our garage is also set up for entertainment with a bar, TV and games! We hope you get to experience everything Green Bay has to offer and are here for any questions you may have!

Outstanding home

This home is a perfect home for your get away in Green Bay. The owner is amazing and their home is just as amazing. We had a great stay here and will definitely look this owner up again for future stays in the future. The only suggestion I would give is maybe add tv in the to other bed rooms. The beds are super comfortable. And the master shower is something to wright home about. The open kitchen and living room is also very comfortable. You will not be disappointed with stay here.

Perfect Location for Lambeau

This home offered the perfect layout for our rainy weekend in Green Bay for the Packers vs. Lions game. The three separate bedrooms were great, the open kitchen and living room were wonderful for gathering and the game room in the garage was an awesome perk! Very clean, well decorated and walking distance to Lambeau.

Weekend Getaway

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful Lambeau home! The master suite has an amazing shower and a soaker tub! Stunning bathroom. The space was perfect with the open concept. We loved the house and hope to come back again soon! The only small issue we had is we didn’t have the garage door code in our welcome email to get in but the host called back right away and gave it to us. Thank you Mark!

Well equipped RESORT like home!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home. It was perfectly decorated and well equipped. Master bath was like a resort. Close to Lambeau, quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Would stay here again.

Lambeau Oct 2024 with Sibs and Cousins Brillion Road Trip

Amazingly well appointed and great neighborhood - park nearby was special. All the grounds and inside spaces immaculate with extras - ping pong murphy bed, darts, TVs, bar, and backyard fire pit and seating. Very special. We will be back! And the PACK won on walk off field goal! Owner was very responsive.

Green Bay Get Away - Packers vs. Chiefs Game

From the initial planning until the time we checked out, the process was smooth and great. The house was fantastic and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Each and every amenity was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Green Bay! Highly recommended and would have given more stars if I could!

80th birthday

We had family gathering to celebrate an 80th birthday. The layout of Mark’s place is wonderful. The house is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Our group really enjoyed the ping pong table and game room. This place is beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking it again.

Great house for a group or family

We loved the house and layout. The house had nice amenities that were extras provided by the host. We could play board games as a family and the kitchen made it easy to cook and have meals for the 6 of us. The style of the house was really nice. Mark was great to communicate with prior to our trip and checking in on us during the stay. I would definitely recommend booking this house.

Wonderful Property

This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and modern. It is clearly decorated for GB Packer fun and fans but we enjoyed it for a mid-winter meetup with our son and his family. The open concept living room / kitchen, the master bedroom and bathroom, and the 2 other bedrooms were all great. Wonderful - Worth the price.

Perfect home for a Lambeau vacation

We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this one definitely stands out from the rest. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well appointed, and was just a short drive from Lambeau. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the master bathroom is amazing. I wish I had that shower at home. The attention to detail is exceptional. Mark has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Communication was excellent. Mark was quick to answer all of my questions and was so helpful. We would love to stay in this home again. The only suggestion I would have to improve this property is to eliminate fragrances.

Great property close to everything

Family trip with ages 7 to 70. Garage was great for playing table tennis and gathering, great sitting area in front and back yards, generous kitchen / eating area, comfy beds and well sorted tv area. The only issue, which was beyond the hosts control, was internet connectivity was terrible when we first arrived. The host mark did what he could to get us something… th again that is the service provider not the property. It’s 5 minutes from the stadium, and close to everything else. Would stay again.

Fantastic Property!

This is an absolutely lovely home, just a 20 minute walk from Lambeau Field. It's impeccably decorated and the owners are very responsive and welcoming! The only issue we ran into was very loud neighbors - their patio almost shares a wall with the two smaller rooms, and we could hear their music and conversation very clearly. Luckily they wrapped up by 11pm both nights, but was definitely an annoyance. Something to note if you plan to travel with young children!

Awesome spot near Lambeau

Great house about a 10-15m walk to Lambeau, awesome game room garage and nice backyard and patio. The master bedroom shower is Spa quality and makes me jealous I have to shower in my regular one shower head tub back home. I would stay here just for that bathroom shower again! The one thing we didn’t like was that we had 5 guys staying and one of them had to sleep on a somewhat small and uncomfortable futon. However the owner was open to helping us out and brought a mattress for a new Murphy bed he built which ended up being a nice upgrade for my buddy on the futon. Five stars for the owners responsiveness to helping us give him a good place to sleep.

I was born and raised in Green Bay. My wife and I bought the flowershop from the Parementiers back in 2016 with hopes of continuing the legacy that the Parementer family built over a span of 60 years serving the green bay area. I purchased the lot that the house is on a few years later with hopes of future expansion. Due to zoning complications we decided to build the rental home instead. So glad we did. We've been so furtunate to meet alot of great people.
I really enjoy hosting and hope to meet you someday.

What makes this property unique

Our home is the only one i know of that is brand new. I designed and built the home for the sole purpose of renting. We worked tiredlessly to make sure that our guest have all the amenites they need and that everthing down to the smallest detail was perfect. We want our guest to feal as much at home as possibly.
