Secluded from the big roads, East Frisian landscape and tranquility are a wonderful addition to the idyllic boggy shallow Lake Großer Meer. East Frisian winds make this lake a very popular place for sailors. How to find here u. a. also a surf school and next to a bike and a boat rental. Cyclists and hikers start here on the 3-sea bike and hiking trail. Bathers will find here a large sandy beach, which invites you to relax and to swim. And for your culinary delights in the season with two friendly restaurants with direct lake view from the veranda or a well-kept restaurant in the town catered for. The living / dining room has a solid wood dining table in modern country style with matching chairs, a woodburning stove and a sitting area with leather couch. For media entertainment, a TV (terrestrial) with soundbar including subwoofer and a Blueray player and a radio / CD mini stereo system are available. Various classic board games and a small library offer opportunities for cozy and sociable evening hours on the couch or at the table. WIFI is planned (from June / July), but unfortunately not yet available. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The larger room has a wide (lying area 2m * 1.8m), sturdy double bed including bedside tables and lamps. The smaller room has a fold-out couch bed, which can accommodate one to two people, about 1.5 m wide. In both rooms there is a luggage rack with drawers to organize your laundry. Between the rooms there is a niche protected by a curtain with storage space for further luggage and a coat rack to hang your clothes. Towels and bed linen can be booked on request. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, vanity and mirror cabinet with enough storage space for your cleaning and maintenance products. An additional tall cupboard can be used to store your bath towels and bags. A washing machine can be used to clean your plants. Towel rails are sufficiently available. The practically equipped kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, modern ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Even otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, casserole and baking dishes and more, including tea towels and potholders. The garbage is collected separately. There is space for your wardrobe in the entrance area and a shoe store is also available. On the porch on the doorstep you can leave your dirty or wet shoes and let it dry.
