About this property

This 490 sq ft Tiny Home is located in a small private community off of Hwy 101 in Eldon, WA. Location is on the Olympic Peninsula SW side of the Olympic National Forest. Property has pet friendly fenced yard, and plenty of parking. It has a beautiful view of Hood Canal, is very private, close to hiking, boating, outdoor recreation, Hama Hama Oysters and everything else the Olympic National Forest has to offer. Bring your binoculars for whale and eagle sightings from the deck!! Elk are known to hang out and graze in the side yard. Beach access and great hiking with in a few miles. There is now a Hot tub and free Wi-Fi provided through a hot spot, password is on the back of the device.

Master bedroom: Queen bed, plenty of storage, fan and fireplace heater for temperature control.

Large Loft: Double bed on the floor.

Small Loft: Single couch pull out bed.

Kitchen: stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, No Dishwasher, BBQ on the deck.

Bathroom: sink, toilet, shower, linens. Basic soaps included. Toilet paper is provided since we are hooked up to septic. Nothing goes down the toilet but human waste and the toilet paper provided.

Living room: Has smart a TV and wi-fi. There is also a USB Drive full of TV shows and movies, pullout sleeper couch, fireplace and ceiling fan. If you choose to use the pull out couch there is bedding on site and you will need to reconfigure the living room to accommodate.

Full Gated Deck: includes propane, BBQ, Lounge Chairs, infrared heater, large umbrella that covers half the deck for shade and protection from the rain. Cushions for the deck furniture is in the large deck box.

Fenced in Pet Friendly Yard: includes fire pit, wood and fire starting equipment (when a burn ban isn’t enforced) and rocking chairs. This is a great place to look for 4 leaf clovers and picnic. If you have extra people this is a great place to set up a tent.

Excellent little getaway with a beautiful view!

This property was immaculate and stocked with everything you'd need. Description and pictures are really accurate. The property manager was great to work with-- very responsive through a minor hiccup that required fairly immediate attention. Appreciated the follow up and check ins that all was well during our 3 night stay.

Beautiful -unwind relax

Mother and daughter road trip June 2024. My 85-year-old mom and I stayed 4 nights. We love the accommodations, the property, and the area. I plan on trying to book again for the fall. The location is perfect for easy access to the Olympic National Park and many sights along the Hood Canal. The property feels remote and includes an opportunity for peaceful lodging and to connect with nature at its finest. The tiny home had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. I slept comfy in the large loft area above the master. The home is set up nicely with all the kitchen, and bath needs. Plus many thoughtful items to assist in your comfort. The home and property are clean and organized to maximize your experience. We all especially loved the deck and fenced-in grass area for the dogs. We did utilize the nice big barbeque and the hot tub. Everything worked well. The place is well taken care of.

Lovely retreat

The property was more than expected. We were looking for something close to Olympic National Forest to hike. The location was quiet, comfortable, and larger than expected. We spent several days in a "rustic" bunkhouse prior to check-in, and our stay here was a refreshing change while keeping stay financially manageable and simple. Perfect Weekend Getaway!!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay here. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable inside and the fenced backyard made it perfect to finally cross off our bucket list item of taking a trip with our dog! The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was a very peaceful and perfect place to get in all the relaxation we very badly needed! Highly recommend!!!

Just perfect!

Coworkers who took a work opportunity to have a little down time in between. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!! Such a perfect little tiny home that felt very spacious. Super clean and lots of attention to small details which made the stay exceptionally comfortable. I will for sure be staying here again and next time I’ll bring my pup! Absolutely pleasure staying at the Quail Ridge. Clean, private. Perfect fenced in yard for the pup. Close to everything - hikes, the oyster saloon. Wonderful view. And Melissa couldn’t have been more hospitable.

Wonderful Stay

My wife, dog and I stayed for the weekend. This home was perfect with an outstanding outside view. The house had everything we needed to just stay in all weekend and we so comfortable, we kept talking about when we could come back. I highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a relaxing and quiet time away.

Fantastic get-away spot!

This tiny home is the most perfect space for a cozy get-away. Compact in size, but contains everything you could possibly need, right down to the dog toys! Having the fenced yard was a huge plus. We have rented many places on VRBO and very few have an enclosed area where the dog can be let out to do her business without being in a leash. I know she appreciated it so much! This place was SO CLEAN. Beds are comfortable. And i can report that my husband, with his bad back and all, says the recliner in the living room is THE MOST comfortable ever! He barely left it! ha-ha Our dog, Miss Ellie, and I took advantage of a couple of the local trails. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Rustic Ridge. The house was clean, comfy & well-stocked with everything we could need. And the views simply can't beat! Our dogs loved the yard & we all enjoyed hiking in the little remaining snow on some of the nearby trails. If you're in need of peace & quiet, surrounded by nature - this is the spot! Melissa was incredibly accommodating & responsive as well. Just a wonderful stay over all!

Warm and cozy with amazing view!

My husband stayed here for two nights with our dog, Penny and we loved everything about this property. Excellent communication with the host and very thoughtful touches, including blankets and bowls for pets. We enjoyed the gorgeous view and appreciated the warmth and cleanliness of the home. We sold our large house near Seattle and live near the rental property. Since we live in a tiny house ourselves we bought a second property and put a tiny house on it so when the kids and grand kids come to stay there is room.
