Step into your cozy Lubbock getaway! Located just 10 minutes from Texas Tech University, this home offers easy access to all TTU sporting events, graduations, weddings, business trips, or family fun escapes.

Newly constructed, this home features stylish furnishings, an open floor plan, 2 car garage, a covered patio, large fenced-in backyard and extremely fast 1 gigabit internet.

Great for large families, multiple couples, traveling nurses, and more.

The main suite features a king size bed, jetted spa tub, walk-in shower & double sinks. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a comfy queen size bed and solid-wood twin bunk beds.

The space features 2 65” 4K Smart TVs that include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. 1,000 Mbps WiFi is included with all stays.

A Nema 14-50 outlet is installed in the garage for Tesla/EV charging.

Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher (pods provided), washer & dryer (detergent provided), oven, and gas cooktop. Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, knifes, pots & pans, and other cooking utensils are included. A Keurig coffee bar is also pre-stocked.

Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is included with every stay.

Toys and games for kids of all ages are included with your stay.

We are pet friendly! A lockable doggy door with easy access to a fenced backyard is included.

You can easily reach Texas Tech’s campus without coming across a single stoplight using the Marsha Sharp Freeway, just 1 minute from the driveway.

No smoking is allowed inside of the home. There are 3 security cameras outside of the home, 1 at the front door, one at in the backyard, and one in the driveway. There is also a camera inside of the garage. These are for safety and criminal activity monitoring.

Thanksgiving for college kid

Spent Thanksgiving in the home because first year college student wasn’t coming home. Home had enough room and amenities to make it a great Thanksgiving for all of us!!

Great Place

We live in the area but were displaced temporarily due to needed home repairs. This property worked perfectly for our family. Both my husband and I work from home and were able to make it work with the space in the house. Nicely decorated and comfortable home. Will likely stay again when the next phase of repairs start on our home.

Beautiful Home!

We chose this house vs staying in a hotel. We had some family and friends over. We have one family member who was in a wheelchair and we needed more open spaces. It was great for us! We enjoyed the backyard. The grass was thick and not one sticker. Great location.

Tanner is very responsive. We had a minor concern about the water pressure in the bathroom vanity sinks and he had them fixed the next day. Good location, perfect size, nice backyard and a really nice kitchen. We highly recommend!

Great location for Travel Volleyball

If you’re traveling to Lubbock this is the best place to stay- centrally located to all 10 locations we could have been playing at with a Sonic and most importantly a Starbucks literally right there! The house was incredibly clean and Tanner was very responsive to any questions. Checkout instructions were minimal making it a breeze to leave and all around better option than a hotel!

Wonderful stay!

We visited kids at TTU, really easy access to Marsha Sharp freeway, felt safe in the neighborhood, very clean and well decorated home. Easy access, well manicured yard with all the necessary amenities inside. Highly recommend.

We were in town to see a game and our college age daughter. Short drive to campus, near lots of restaurants. Very comfortable accommodation for 6. Beds were nice and good mattresses. Very clean and smooth quick check in. Easy to reach owner with one question. Would stay again!

Very Comfortable, Clean, and functional

We stayed Monday through Friday. The big plus for us was that our dogs where welcome. The house has a doggie door to the back yard and the dogs are now demanding we install one at home. The house was conveniently located, and well stocked. We found everything we needed.

Beautiful, welcoming home

The home was beautifully put together with pretty much everything you need. The coffee bar and snack bar were a great addition that you rarely see. They also provided plenty of trash bags, toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner. The location was fabulous for our needs. Would definitely see if this is available next time I’m visiting my family.

Comfortable stay!

We were only in town for a day but after a long road trip we were able to drive up, get in and relax. Location was great! Easy access to food and gas stations and the freeway but tucked back enough it was very quiet stay.

Great Amenities & Location

Very nice house with great amenities and a great location. YouTube TV enabled us to view local channels, as well as The Golf Channel. There were even small laundry baskets in the bedroom closets. Very thoughtful. Host was super responsive when we had a question. When we go back to Lubbock we'll definitely try to stay here again.

We loved staying here! The property was the size for our family of 5 + dog! I was so thrilled with the yard, the kids and doggo loved the ability to run around and play after a long drive! The house was clean and organized.
