THE HOUSE IS A SHARED HOUSE WITH A PRIVATE ROOM FOR MY GUEST, this unique property combines the best that Dallas has to offer, the combination of culture, art, amazing sunset and top end. It’s a great location with quick access, close to several malls, restaurants, bars, convenient stores and 20 minutes away from DALLAS DOWNTOWN.

Unsafe, unclean and loud
Terrible experience. I Would never recommend a place like this to anyone. I felt unsafe and people were so loud at night, I had to come out and ask them to keep it quiet, very unprofessional,. they were people outside, talking very loud and drinking past 10pm. Beware bedroom doors don’t lock from inside and sheets and towels are dirty, they smelled like mildew and saliva. The bed had either crumbs or dirt particles.
