Charming Oasis, close to I-40, perfect for families

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Easy access to I-40 and close to great restaurants and shopping.

Our home is equipped with everything you’ll need for a quick overnight stop or a longer getaway. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with two living spaces and two outdoor spaces.

Street or garage parking for two vehicles is available.

Sleeping arrangements: we have 3 bedrooms (master with king bed and couch, 2nd bedroom with full size bed, and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed and twin bunk beds). We also have two living room areas, each with it's own couch. And we have a blow up full-size mattress available with bedding if needed.

We had a great stay here on our way to Colorado. Everything was great, the house, the location, amenities, etc! Very comfortable for a family, plenty of space and great communication with owner. We will look for it next year!

Quiet and Comfortable

Our large, young family was glad to stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and additional couches. The house was well-stocked and welcoming. If we were there longer, we would have enjoyed a book off the shelf, games or a movie! (Our girls were especially fond of the flamingoes in the bathroom.) It was easy to communicate with the hosts directly.

Very comfortable

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with our son and his family, Wonderful for spending time with the grandsons while mom and dad attended an office party. Well done! I will bring some cloths to clean the kitchen if we stay again; felt like we used too many paper towels...but most folks don't have 4 little boys.

Gathered together from out of town for a family function in Amarillo.

Beautiful home. It did advertise it would accommodate 13 people. The listing showed to futon beds which would sleep 4 and had none that were usable. Also showed 2 sets of bunk beds and only had one. Did offer a queen air mattress but had others sleeping on couches. B couches

Lovely place for family!

We had a great time at this property over thanksgiving, with six adults and six children. The location was perfect, there were plenty of beds, the two TV rooms gave us ample space to spread out, and the layout was just perfect. An air mattress and games were provided, which made it perfect for our bigger group of children. Check in was easy and check out expectations were easy also. When the garbage disposal started leaking, the owner immediately came out and replaced it as soon as possible. Please note that while the listing said it slept 13, there is a charge for more than eight people. We had no problem with this, we just couldn't tell from the original listing that was part of it. The decor is lovely and bright and overall we have a fantastic Thanksgiving with our family! Thank you so much for being amazing hosts!

Weekend stay

Easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. The home was big with plenty of space. I really liked the garage as our vehicle was more secure there. This is a great place to stay. Easy to get to. There are restaurants all around. I would definitely recommend.

Plenty of Room

We were in town for a funeral. Thank you for a nice stay. The good things were , condiments in the refrigerator, several places where people could sleep & the temperature was comfortable. The negative were, upon attempting to enter , the front door was difficult to push open , therefore we did not know if we were able to get in or not. The decor was nice , but a little busy. The master bedroom door needs a lock & a tv. Overall a good experience. Thank you.
