Escape to the Rocky Mountains in this newly renovated mountain modern cabin with fast internet! Located in Fairplay, CO on 2.5 acres with private ranch views you'll find a private getaway to relax and enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer. Hike a 14'er, cycling, fly fishing, and national forest access are all close by. Enjoy the quaint town of Fairplay or make a scenic 45 minute drive to Breckenridge and Buena Vista. We also have a yoga studio with 360 panoramic views!

Enjoy our newly renovated home in the mountains with a mountain modern open layout. Relax on 2.5 private acres with private ranch and mountain views.

The living area has a comfortable seating area where you can watch the large flat screen television, listen to vinyl on the record player, and enjoy the wood burning stove.

The dining area has plenty of seating around a large wood slab table. Large enough to dine, play games, or get some work done on the high-speed internet.

Next to the dining area is the full-service kitchen stocked with everything you need to create gourmet meals. We've also got you covered with an automatic coffee maker, french press, and bartending supplies.

The main level bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. From the bedroom you will pass a large pantry on your way to a full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a large loft with king bed and half bath. There is a small reading nook and seating area to sit back and enjoy a good book.

The deck has patio furniture for 4 people and a propane grill. Downstairs is an unfinished basement with washer and dryer you are free to use.

- Nearby access to National Forest/Montgomery Reservoir, Lincoln Falls, Ice Climbing, skiing, snowboarding, snow-shoeing, fishing, mountain biking, and 4-wheeling.

Perfect getaway

The house was a absolutely perfect for our family ski / vaca trip. The location was close to all the places we wanted to play (Breck, South Park, FairPlay, vail)… Can’t wait to come back in summer!

Let’s relax, let’s detach.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark's house in FairPlay Colorado. The house was amazing, relaxing, and had beautiful views of the mountains and local area. The beds were comfortable and the wood burning stove and record player really made things special. The house was extremely cozy and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Mark was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed hiking, and exploring the charming town of FairPlay and nearby Colorado Springs. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable vacation. Thank you, Mark, for sharing your lovely home with us!

Best mountain cabin house in Fairplay Colorado

Love everything about the property and area is so relaxing and zen. Mark is amazing and made sure we have everything we need for our ski vacation. Looking forward to come back.

We are Mark and Billie. In 2019 we embarked on a journey to downsize our lives and pursue an adventure that has changed who we are and the way we view the world.
We are based out of Colorado, but living full-time on our converted ‘skoolie’ @Topobus gives us the freedom to live just about anywhere we want.

Enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and sharing amazing experiences with friends are part of what makes this lifestyle so special. In addition, Mark is passionate about cycling and is always looking to go for a spin while Billie loves cooking and yoga.
