The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $50 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

This parking level unit #18 is located directly on the Gulf, providing you with all the comforts of home with flat screen televisions, cable internet, and DVD player. A one bedroom, two bath unit features a king sized master bed along with sleeper sofa in the living room.

A furnished kitchen with granite counter top and bar is awaiting you to prepare your snacks or gourmet meals.

You are only steps away from the custom built outdoor roofed charcoal grill area along with the jacuzzi, pool, and kiddie pool. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores near by.

From your balcony overlooking the best backyard on the beach you may watch the sunsets and experience the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Living in Paradise

A wonderful room!

Very clean, up to date and a well stocked kitchen. We will be back to this room! The only negative was the pool and hot tub being closed the last two days, my kids were very disappointed.

Beautiful Condo

Great location. Condo itself is nice. The Kitchenware, needed to be rewashed, (3.stars). Pots & pans and Tupperware was placed is so many different locations it look like a 4 year old stocked the cabinets.(again 3 stars). Easy fix for a mgr. . Overall I would recommend this condo. Love the location and condo itself is nice.

Great location but with a few set backs

First off you couldn’t have asked for a better location. Being this close to the pool and ocean with two young kids was quite nice. The unit is a perfect size for a family of 4. We had a great vacation minus a few house keeping issues around cleanliness. These were communicated to the owner. She assured these would be squared away for future stays.

Great experience!

We had a great stay at the condo! Communication with and info from the owner was timely and thorough. The room had everything we needed and we loved being on the end of the condos so our toddler could have some space to play around outside of our room. Latitude 29 is a great spot for families, which is why I have been going there for 30+ years! I highly recommend!

Keep it a secret ;)

I don’t want to rate it so well because I want to keep this treasure a secret! We were not disappointed with the location, the condo layout or the kind condo neighbors we met that week. Our boys loved sleeping on the bunk beds and even though we worried that might be one of the inconveniences it didn’t really impact our schedule since we enjoyed breakfast on the pool deck looking at the ocean. With kids we loved the ease of pool to ocean and back again even with hauling all the stuff and toys. The checkin/out process was simple and we had no problems or needs during our stay as all was accounted for. We are already talking about booking our next stay here.

Great corner unit. Just walk-out on green yard then short distance to beach. Beautiful view on this ground level. Nice sunset views. There are lots of mirrors.

Florida time

We really enjoyed the property. Latitude 29 is the best location in the area with the best proximity to the beach. The condo was exactly as described and well furnished for the cooking we did. The king size bed/mattress was comfortable. Nice to have a small washer and dryer to use. Would recommend a couple of beach towels for those guests who fly to the area.
