This 1,200 sq/ft condo features a quiet, friendly, and serene feel. The grounds are well-maintained with native plants. The covered patio has a small grill and seating for 4-6 people. The interior offers plenty of seating as well. There is a full kitchen that is well-stocked for all your cooking needs. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, desk and flat-screen TV. with access to a variety of streaming opportunities, and black out curtains. This downstairs unit stays cool in the summer but offers portable cooling units for those who like it cooler. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

Great location and size

Girls weekend was fantastic with this condo! We had tons of space, able to walk everywhere but still feel like we were in nature. Condo had everything we needed to veg out after a night of bar hopping. Will definitely rent again!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Short drive to town square. The property was cute and clean. And the host was very nice and easy to get ahold of.

What a Find!!!

This location was excellent; walking to most everything. Theresa was always super responsive and the place was perfect for 2 couples. VERY COMFORTABLE. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable and good location.

The property was well set and clean with many amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and linens were well stocked. The Lazy brew house is few steps away and we enjoyed our lunch one day there. There’s a Keurig machine but it was not stocked with coffee pods so bring your own. We bought from sprouts the next day but would be nice if maybe even 2-4 are provided with regular coffee. Not a big deal though just a suggestion. It is a condo and unfortunately this is first floor. The most disturbing factor was that the occupants upstairs were stomping loud even as late as 2 am every night which made it hard to sleep. The property had games which our family enjoyed and the owner had very reasonable rules or requirements which was easy on mind. Overall good property but because of the loud noises in night we might not consider renting again if there are other options available. Sorry, we know it’s not the owners fault.

Theresa’s place is an excellent location! We spent most of our time walking to Whiskey Row which was only 15 minutes from this place! Quiet neighborhood, with easy parking and it was very cool inside all day long!

Family visit

Everything you need to feel right at home

Absolutely loved staying here! It's spacious, clean and cozy. We felt welcomed and comfortable the moment we walked in. Easy check in process and quick response from the host made our stay worry-free. Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit my daughter who lives here in Prescott.

Perfect get away

My two friends and I enjoyed our stay. Cooked dinner at the Condo the first night and walked the block to the LazyG the second night. Perfect location near downtown and our hiking plans.

Prescott Getaway

The whole unit was great! The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking or just storing the stuff you brought. The coffee nook was great. Lots of room and comfy beds. The whole place felt like “home”. Close to downtown where a lot of things were happening and a short drive from our favorite hiking trail. Great, we would stay there again.

Perfect!

Everything about our stay was absolutely great! The host was beyond accommodating to our needs!! My children and I were beyond comfortable. And everything was provided including family games, chalk for my kiddos to play outside, ABC magnets for my little one & even seasonings, cooking seasonings one of the biggest stressors about trying to cook at home away from home !!! It truly was perfect down to the biggest and smallest detail ❤️❤️❤️
