Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 18 €/person/set
- guarantee 200 € (will be refunded on departure)
+ electricity per consumption
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption - plus expenses for gardener if the guests wish.
The Space:
Centrical holiday home with private pool and sea views.
There is a large pool terrace with 4 sun loungers, umbrella and garden furniture. A small electric grill pan, television (no english) and DVD player is available for tenants. On the property there is parking for two cars.
Available for rental is the apartment upstairs. The lower flat is locked and nobody lives there.
For the tenants is available 1 living-dining room (with access to a large balcony with sea view), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning and exit to the balcony).
No oven - but microwave and a mini-oven is available.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
In distance of aprox. 500 m is a bus stop with bus service to the center of Moraira and Calpe and a shuttle bus to Alicante airport.
Distance to the sandy beach 2,5 km, pebble and rocky beach 1 - 1,5 km, supermarket and restaurants 500 m; Golf 800 m.
Other Things to Note:
Its a no-smoking house.
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
Not suitable for children till aprox. 2,5 years, as there is an unsecured staircase in the apartment.
