This home includes a 4th bedroom/bonus room with a 70" 4k TV, arcade games, and a desk for remote working. Plus, we have a fun sports-themed bunk room, and 2 car garage, so bring the whole family! Enjoy new furniture, bedding, and amenities. The first floor has the entry, one queen bedroom, one 4-bed bunk room with a sports theme, one full bath, laundry, and a 2-car garage. The second floor has a living room with a 55" 4k Fire TV, sectional, 2 chairs; dining room with a 6-person dining table + 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a gas range; a powder room and the master bedroom with a king bed, 55" 4k Fire TV, full bath with a soaking tub and shower, and walk-in closet. The third floor has the 4th bedroom/bonus room with a 70" 4k Fire TV, an office workspace that includes a desk, monitor and chair, a large sectional, games, roll-away bed, and full bathroom. The neighborhood is very walkable and we can provide directions anywhere upon request! You will be provided with a unique access code for the front door as well as garage door openers. Conveniently located near the 121 and the Dallas North Tollway, you have easy access anywhere in the metroplex. The home is just off Headquarters Dr, about a 5-minute walk to all the shopping and dining at Legacy West and an 8-minute walk to the Boardwalk at Granite Park. You are 25 min from DFW and just minutes from the Frisco Star, Frito Lay, Toyota, Liberty Mutual, and more. The Legacy area of Plano is booming. Plano Spectacular

Place was better than expected, location was sensational. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and to beautiful parks. Just a short drive to downtown Plano, Frisco, Mckinney, or Dallas. Quiet, and extremely well equipped with everything you need to cook if you decide to do so. Enough space for everyone. In general, we were extremely happy.

Great property and location!!

Excellent experience with this VRBO. Dan, the host, was prompt communicating with us to make check in and check out a breeze. The property is in excellent shape and even has a two car garage. Beds were very comfortable and having multiple smart TVs available for a family with small children was nice convenience. The bonus are upstairs has a VERY large TV and plenty of room for kids to play. WiFi signal and speed was excellent and make working while others are streaming video no problem. Would highly recommend this property for anyone that needs space and a quiet neighborhood close to major attractions or corporate offices in Frisco and Plano.

Graduation

My family came in town for a high school graduation. From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the home. It was very clean and beautiful. The owner had everything covered, he provided towels, kitchen utensils, and games. He was very attentive and responded right away when contacted. The icing on the cake was when one of the television remotes was not there. I contacted him and he responded right away with an apology and let me know that a remote was on its way and we would receive it tomorrow. That was SO awesome!! It was a great experience and I will definitely chose his property again!!

This is well maintained house with plenty of space
