Cute, quiet, great location

My wife and I chose this property based on proximity to family that we were visiting, and because we know and love the Loveland downtown area. As others have mentioned, the shower is small and slightly awkward, but this was no issue. We would happily stay here again.

girlfriends getaway

Beautifully remodeled and upgraded home. Plenty of space for all 3 of us adults. The shower/ tub combo was made for really small people, lol! Not a 200# adult. This definitely will not deter us from coming back though 😉.

FAMILY VISIT

The overall experience was great. Kitchen is stocked very nicely w/ utensils, plates, pots etc., even seasonings. Also, a charcoal grill Place was clean and comfortable. Like the swing on the front porch for AM coffees. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels

Peaceful Property

The home and property were lovely. The backyard was tranquil and the front porch swing was wonderful to sit and relax. Kitchen was nicely stocked and host left some snacks to enjoy. The location was close to historic Loveland and the Little Miami Trail. Lots of great restaurants close by, as well.

Loveland visit for brother’s funeral

This location was perfect for our situation. The location was halfway between our niece’s home and the church where the funeral service was held. It provided a great relaxed atmosphere for gathering with our family. We had our adult son and daughter join us for Friday -Saturday, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. The only additional things we wish we had available would be an iron and ironing board

Great Home

This was the perfect place for our week long stay visiting family in the area. We had plenty of space, including a wonderful backyard with lots of privacy. The host was great! Checkin and checkout was super easy. Highly recommend!

Weekend stay

We thought the cozy cottage was perfect for our quick weekend stay! It is adorable, well stocked & conveniently located! We came into town for a birthday party, but also enjoyed the walk into historic Loveland for a great dinner & morning coffee! The little town has so much charm! The host was so quick to respond & we appreciated the cozy cottage was just as described! We will definitely be back!

Very clean and neat!

This place worked great for our little family of 5 for one night. Very clean and neat. My 3 year old loved the toys. We didn't eat any meals here but the kitchen is all set up for making any kind of meals. There was a Keurig and K cups for coffee. A tray of snacks was on the island. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Thoughtful Hosts

The house was nice and had many things to help guests be comfortable. There were many games and snacks and anything we would have wanted or needed. Thank you for being so gracious and sharing this home with us!

Perfect place to stay in Loveland!

We loved our 3 day stay at the Cozy Cottage! We were in town to visit Kings Island and to visit with friends and it was the perfect location! We wished we had more time to explore the trails, shops and restaurants in Loveland. This was the most well stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed in with small touches that made it feel extra special. Lots of games, kid’s activities, fully loaded spice cabinet, everything you’d need for a stay. My kids are already asking when we can come back for a visit!

You could tell the owners put a lot of thought into what little features would make the house an enjoyable stay for the guests. There were plenty of towels, baskets of games, a Keurig with coffee pods, etc. The tub looks small, but it's so deep it was a wonderful place to relax. I stayed during the winter, but the patio out back and the front porch swing both have me tempted to come back in the summer. Just a comfortable and relaxing place all around - perfect for a little retreat.

Three brother reunion

Loved it! My two brothers and I had a very peaceful evening star gazing in the back yard before each of us retired to our own bedroom after a fun day bike riding on the Little Miami Railtrail. Loveland was my favorite town we visited and this Vrbo was a perfect spot to launch our adventures.

Perfect little cottage

This cottage was clean, well -furnished and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. There were snacks to eat and a book of suggested places to visit and places to eat. The only reason that I give it a 4 is that the bathroom is a bit challenging. You have to be very careful getting in and out of the tub, the hose was difficult to use and the faucets were backwards. Taking a shower was difficult. It would be hard for someone elderly to navigate.

Girls night away

I was quite pleased with the cottage upon arrival. It is nicely decorated and updated. It is more than sufficiently stocked with anything needed in the kitchen. The bathroom and bedrooms were amply stocked as well. The owner's attention to detail added to the experience and included some thoughtful complimentary items. She was available if anything was needed. The cottage is right around the corner from historic Loveland with its quaint shops, restaurants and the Rails to Trails bike path running through it. I would rent this lovely, cozy cottage again in a minute and recommend it highly.

Cozy cottage

It’s exactly what it is. Cozy! Cute 3 bedroom cottage very close to historical downtown Loveland. My parents and I stayed the last weekend in April for a family gathering. Very close to many attractions in the area. The house itself was very clean and comforting. We loved everything about it. There was also plenty of board games and card games that if I would’ve had my son. He would’ve been plenty entertained. If you’re looking at this cottage as a possible stay. I highly recommend it!! You will not be disappointed!! Karrie was very sweet and answered any questions I had very quickly. I’ll definitely book this cottage again for future visits!!

Cutest Cottage!!

We stayed at the cottage for a week to help our daughter and family with a house renovation. The cottage is adorable and so well appointed. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen is updated with high end appliances. Since we were there for a week, we really appreciated having a washer and dryer on site. It is a quick trip to downtown Loveland, there is a Kroger just a couple minutes away, and the neighborhood is so quiet. My husband loves outdoor spaces and there is a lovely front porch and back patio with a fire pit. The host was super quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future, but my husband was not a fan of the shower. The tub is beautiful, but you are enclosed by shower curtains on all sides when showering. My husband felt like he was being attacked by the curtains. The entry into the tub could be difficult for some. The host has provided a wooden platform step and a handrail, but this would not be ideal for someone who is older or who has any kind of physical limitations.

Perfect for our Trip

The “Cozy Cottage” was very clean, comfortable and well- furnished. Great location in a neighborhood with an easy walk to restaurants. The host was very responsive to questions. Excellent stay and I highly recommend.

Awesome single family home!

This was quite the find. This 3 bedroom house was the perfect rental for our weekend trip to Kings Island of 3 adults and 2 kids. Every inch of the house is updated. There’s no shortage of kitchenwares, linens, bathroom supplies, etc. A very excellent experience!

Easy family weekend

The house was clean and inviting, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Thoughtful pieces of childproofing like outlet covers and a gate across the basement stairs greatly reduced the stress of traveling with a toddler. I wish we could have stayed longer to do some of the activities mentioned in the helpful welcome binder!

Stay at the Cottage

This cottage was a cozy hideaway. The place was clean and well stocked. The hostess provided snacks, bottled water & bug spray so you could enjoy the trails. There is a private back yard. The hostess contacted us about construction & let us know that she was available for any issues.
