The house is located on a sunny plateau (about 750 meters altitude) in the beautiful district Neubau the community Fichtelberg in Upper Franconia / Bavaria only about 300 meters from the idyllic Fichtelsee.

The house has about 65 square meters of living space with spacious layout. Inside, the house convinces with a kitchen, spacious living and dining area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large covered terrace. All rooms are on one level. Due to the relatively flat plot of this holiday home is ideal for people with special needs, families and seniors. The house is at the end of a street. Directly to the house leads a private road, which is open only to residents. To the center of Fichtelberg there are only 2.5 km, in which you will find everything you need for your well-being such. B. Post office, doctors, pharmacy, shops, gas station and supermarket as well as restaurants and hairdressers. The city of Bayreuth is 30 km away.

Einkehrtage

Meine Freundin und ich, mit zwei Hunden waren vergangene Woche für vier Tage im Ferienhaus und im Fichtelgebirge zu Gast. Wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und konnten die Umgebung voll genießen. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Evi und Christine

Wunderschön und gemütlich

Wunderbar gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben tolle Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund im Schnee unternommen und dann in der kleinen sehr feinen Sauna entspannt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und großzügig. Insgesamt alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mit sehr gastfreundlichen Vermietern! Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz gegehrt! Sogar im Bad ist von Zahnpasta bis zum Bodylotion alles da, nicht schlimm wenn was vergessen wurde, es wird bereitgestellt! Die Sauna ist ein Highlight und wurde täglich genutzt! Ein Traum! Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie da finden! Hunde sind äußerst herzlich willkommen, es liegen auch für die Fellnasen Kekse bereit! Wir kommen wieder 🤩

Alles bestens, sehr nette Vermieter

Das Objekt liegt nicht in der schönsten Wohngegend von Fichtelberg. Dafür aber unweit des Fechtelsees, sodass man sofort im Wald und bei den Wanderwegen ist. Aber das Haus glänzt mit einer tollen Ausstattung und super netten Vermietern, die jederzeit erreichbar sind und sofort reagieren. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Plus, ebenso wie die schöne Duschkabine. Ein paar kleine Macken hat das Haus, die uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört haben. Die Vermieter sind, wie gesagt, sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar vergessene Sachen ungefragt nachgeschickt. Diese Fewo ist ohne Weiteres weiterzuempfehlen!

Süßes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage. Nette Vermieter und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Fichtelsees. Man kann gleich loswandern. Gerne wieder.

Perfekt für Naturliebhaber, Kinder und Hunde

Wir sind über ein verlängertes Wochenende gefahren. Die Vermieter pflegen eine starke Willkommenskultur und richten das Haus sehr wohnlich ein. Die Umgebung mit dem Fichtelsee ist perfekt zum Spazieren und Wandern. Wir waren Skifahren und auch das war toll. Leider gibt es (noch) keine Spühlmaschine, aber dafür ist eine Waschmaschine da und auch sonst sämtliche Küchengeräte und einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix. Das WLAN hat ebenfalls super funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und engagiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Wandergebiet

Das ältere Häuschen liegt am Ende einer Anliegerstrasse , dadurch liegt es sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein Doppelbettzimmer und 2 kleine Räume mit Stockbetten. Die netten Vermieter haben sich Mühe gegeben es wohnlich zu gestallten, mit vielen kleinen Nettigkeiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch Gewürze und Snacks lagen bereit. Viele Spiele und viele Informationen rund ums Fichtelgebirge warten auf die Gäste. Der See ist sehr nah und man kann gleich loswandern.

Viel Ruhe und Erholung

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche der Erholung und der Ruhe genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht mehr das neueste, aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft und lädt für Spaziergänge in der Natur ein. Danke für alles, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
