Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)

Great location

Our group consisted of four families, really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit tricky with only two bathrooms but we were able to make it work without a problem. Great communication with our hosts!

Very fun place to stay! Not quite enough essentials with toilet tissue and paper towels but we went and got some. Enjoyed the house and sleeping amenities.

loved our stay!!

We’re a big family and this house was perfect for our stay in Clearwater. Everything was very clean and accessible for our family. All that we needed was there. A chair for our little one year old and a shower bench for my husband in a wheelchair. The pool was amazing very beautiful house, definitely recommend for big families, we very much enjoyed this house!

The house was very comfortable and neat. It accommodated our big family, the pool was absolutely beautiful and the outside as well. My biggest thing was the location was amazing. It was central to three different beaches, which was perfect. Would highly recommend this to anybody

Great place for extended family

This was a perfect spot for 3 generations from 3 households to meet up. Large enough public areas to eat together, play games, etc but also the 4 good sized bedrooms gave us all our own space.

Family Vacation 8 adults 3 children

Property was perfect for our family weeks vacation.Pool was perfect for everyone, our grandsons 3 and 4 learned to swim without floaties.Concerns of loose deck boards in frontentry and pool area. Would be help fir elderly and children to have a color differance on pool deck to see the steps. we used rugs and it helped. Trail behind property is awesome.Cake pan 9x13 would have been helpful, we bought a disposable one to use.So much in the area to do!Will definately recommend this property to others and/ or return ourselves. Concerns

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was very kid friendly, spacious and clean.. only problem we found was there was literally 4 towels and no wash clothes and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.. might want to look at the wooden porch by the pool there were some loose boards that can be dangerous.

Perfect Group House

We had an absolute blast. We never felt cramped even with just 2 bathrooms and 13 people. The backyard was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for a large group to lounge and enjoy the space all together! Also being right on the Pinellas trail was a great feature! We never got the wifi to work so that was the only downside but everything else was 10/10!

Great House for a Kickback

You want a pool? Full kitchen? Outdoor grill? With downtown Tampa and the Gulf Beaches only a short drive away? In a nice neighborhood? Well boy do I have the property for you… it’s this one! Great vacation spot for a medium-large family or friend group to take in a Floridian weekend. Don’t forget the PubSubs!

Beautiful home/Owners were great

The house large large plenty of space. Heated pool was so nice. We had a small issue with the oven. We notified the owner and he was there within 30 minutes to repair the issues. Communication was awesome.

A fun weekend by the pool!

We came to stay at this property for a girls weekend and had a lovely time! The house and the yard were perfect for hanging out during the day and exactly as pictured. I will warn that if you’re planning on cooking in the house, the pans weren’t the best, they seemed to stick, if you’re road-tripping in, I would consider bringing your own. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the living room was spacious, and parking was easy. The two bathrooms did prove to be a little tough for 14 women getting ready but we made it work! Would definitely consider coming back.

Largo Pool house

Nice quiet Nieghborhood. House was very clean. Clos to Grocery store. Plenty of room for the seven adults. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean but could use a little updating. It would have been nice to have dish soap available in kitchen and a can opener that worked. Bring your ice because the refrigerator does not have an ice maker. Other than that, it was the perfect place for our family stay. We would stay there again
