Spacious accommodations

Rented this house out for a local music festival. It was very clean and had everything we needed I.e cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, extra blankets and pillows. Only downside is it is on a main street so parking was tricky.

Hidden Gem

My family of 5 really enjoyed their stay at this hidden gem. The house was roomy, nicely decorated, well stocked and in a good location for Long Beach. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to visit Long Beach.

Spring Break with Friends

This place worked perfect for our two family group with older teens. It was within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. Easy to get to and from as we explored the area. Well equiped (could use a few more pots/pans to cook in), clean and comfortable. thank you

Charming and great location

The space was perfect for our little mini vacation. The home was pretty much in the center if everything we planned on doing while we were there. The home itself was so charming. Showers were great, we had both showers running the temperature never went down. The beds and pillows made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. Everything was neat and cleaned. The carport was a little bit of a tight squeeze, but other than that we really enjoyed our time there.

Great hosts and a nice house

Denish and Denise were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive in all communications and questions, and when we couldn't find a can opener, Denish brought one over in less than 10 minutes. The house was exactly as described and depicted, and it served our party of seven extremely well. It's comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, and the kitchen is large and fully functional, which is a must for us. Everything that Denish and Denise can control was well done. There are a comfortable of things outside their control that are unfortunate. One is that the house is on a major avenue and right next door to a convenience store. There is a privacy fence between the house and the store, but it can do only so much, and between the store and the avenue, if you're looking for a peaceful setting, this may not be your best option. The other challenge is that the driveway and the assigned parking spot are extremely narrow. The side mirrors on our minivan had one inch of clearance on both sides getting into and out of the car port, and when the neighbor's car is in its place, it's a very tight squeeze to get out of the car and out of the carport. If you're nervous about backing out of a narrow driveway onto a major avenue, you might think twice about this property. I mention those things only so that future renters can be aware. Overall, the pluses of this property far outweigh the minuses, and we would stay there again.

Great Stay

The house was very well decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need! The location was central to everything we needed (driving distance) and the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
