Our charming two-bedroom condo is situated just blocks away from the sandy shores of Weirs Beach, granting you effortless access to the excitement and natural splendor of Lake Winnipesaukee. Step inside to find an equipped kitchen outfitted with full-sized appliances and the necessities for cooking. With a queen main bedroom and ensuite, a cozy guest bedroom featuring two twin beds, and convenient tub/shower combos in each bathroom, accommodating up to six guests is a breeze. The welcoming main living area provides additional sleeping space with a pull-out sofa. The living room extends seamlessly to a delightful deck—ideal for relishing the fresh air. Complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are included.

Please note that although our condo offers unmatched comfort and convenience, access involves navigating stairs due to the graduated elevation, and the units are not handicapped accessible. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, with a photo ID required at check-in. Upon check-in, we kindly request a refundable damage deposit, along with a fee for cancellations necessitating refunds. On-site amenities abound, from tennis courts and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool to a children's play area and grills. Laundry facilities are conveniently available on the property (though not within the unit itself), and parking is provided for trailers.
