Built in 2020 and decorated with an eclectic beach flair using art and decor from the original owner's world travels. It has 4 bedrooms: Master on 2nd floor with king bed -Master on 3rd floor with king bed -Bedroom on 3rd floor with queen bed -Bedroom on 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. The outside of the home features a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit, corn hole, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views of the ocean and historic St. Augustine.

PAID AMENITIES: Pool heat and golf cart available for a fee of $35/night each. Please inquire if interested in added either or both of these to a reservation.

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

This home is special because you can walk 500 feet to the shore. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors who are all just enjoying the beach life. Also, Publix and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. There's always a fantastic breeze blowing which makes it heavenly.

Guests have access to the entire property.

There are two livable stories located on the second and third floor. The second floor has one master bedroom with full bath and private balcony, a powder bath, laundry room, entry, dining room, kitchen, living room and front exterior deck. The third floor has one master bedroom with ensuite full bath and two additional bedrooms with shared bath (shower/tub combo). Fourth floor is an open air deck with views of the inlet, historic saint Augustine and the beach. Outdoor furniture is provided for every level of the home including private balconies.

There is a public parking lot located near the beach entrance if more guests plan to go to the beach than the home has parking for there is plenty of space to park and stay for the day.
