The “Sandy Bottom” Gulf Front condo includes new furnishings, appliances, tiled floors, and freshly painted walls. This is the perfect unit for newlyweds, honeymooners, or small families. This fully furnished, one bedroom condo sleeps 2-5(King bed, 2 hall bunks with curtain, and queen sleeper sofa) is a coveted west end unit of the small complex. This means it has unobstructed views of the ocean in front of the unit, and has the west end unobstructed panoramic view to observe the spectacular sunsets every evening from your private covered balcony; and even from within the condo itself! This unit is rented by owner…not a rental agency! This also means your check-in and check-out are right at the unit and you don’t have to find a rental agency to get the key.

The Sandy Bottom is unit # 16 in the Mistral, a very popular low rise 3 story 24 unit complex on Hwy 30-A, in the Seacrest Community. The complex is ideally located between Seaside Beach and Rosemary Beach and has incredible views of Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east. You are only minutes away from upscale shopping, golf, and wonderful restaurants. Unit #16 is on the second floor, which is the first floor that can see over the dunes to see the beach itself from the unit; and being the end unit, it is also right next to the condo's dedicated beach access. The Sandy Bottom is also now serviced by the new Panama City Beach Airport.

A 16.9 mile paved bike path crosses through the front of the property for those who want to visit the neighboring communities via bike, take a stroll, or go for a run in the mornings to start your day. Bike parking is provided at the complex, as are community charcoal grills for your use. The beach access comes complete with 2 showers so you can rinse yourself when you leave the beach and go to your private balcony for a relaxing view, nap, read a book, or just sit and listen to the waves.

Did I mention the condo comes fully furnished with full size washer and dryer, all linens, and of course a fully furnished kitchen, wireless high speed internet, DVD player, and 2 wall mounted smart TVs; just to name a few of the amenities? Great Location but Not So Comfortable

Perfect location and view, although be aware that you’ll be lugging your beach gear and fishing equipment (if you’re fishing) up and down 3 flights of stairs to get to and from the beach. Owner is terrific and accommodating, with great communication. My only beef is that the condo’s just not comfortable. There’s no comfy chair with an ottoman to sink into with a book, the couch is cheap and uncomfortable, the bedroom mattress is cheap, pillows were cheap. You could spend 1500-2000 and make this condo perfect with just a few furniture additions and finishing touches. The kitchen is well-appointed and the place was clean with a powerful air conditioner. I just didn’t have anyplace comfortable to sit or lie down to enjoy the vibe!

We had a wonderful time at Diana's place. Beautiful views from the balcony, super convenient beach access, comfortable and clean accommodations. Location is great - close to Rosemary Beach as well as plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery store is a short drive away. We loved our stay!

The view was exactly what we needed during our spring break! A couple days were too windy for the beach so relaxing on the deck was the perfect option with the ocean views. The location was great and the venue was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

Amazing View and great location

I really enjoyed my week at this property. In addition to the wonderful view, I'll have to give it an A+ for the well stocked kitchen. I usually bring half my kitchen to the beach because many of these properties have just the bare essentials. This unit had everything I needed and then some. Great job!

Couldn’t be happier.

The property owner sent a very detailed email prior to arrival giving instructions on parking pass, door code and departure from the condo. The condo was clean and well equipped (kitchen appliances, glassware, etc) for our needs during our stay. We will definitely return to this condo.

Great week.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our 4 and 7 year old loved the hallway bunk beds. Rails for the bunk beds have been added which I didn’t initially see in the listing pictures. The private beach was fantastic to ensure our area was not over crowded and we loved sitting on the porch every morning and night. The little coffee shop across the street was such a fun bonus! We will definitely be back!

Charming Condo on the beach

Our check-in was seamless, the unit was clean and well prepared. The view of the ocean and beach was perfect as well as the direct access and as short walk. Seacrest is perfectly nestled between the busier and crowded neighborhood beaches.

The location is lovely especially being a corner unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and watching the sunsets . We adjusted to the fact that there was no elevator but it maybe should be mentioned in the description.

Relaxing week at the beach!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sandy Bottom again! The weather couldn’t have been better and I was able to bike the 30A trail at the front of the condo several times and ride to several places for lunch each day. The view from the deck is spectacular and I enjoyed winding down at the end of the day for the sunset and eating breakfast sitting out on the deck watching the waves. I couldn’t believe how many dolphins were out the first 2 days there. Looking forward to my next stay! Thank you so much!

Nice getaway

Great place to get a way for a few days. Very spacious for a couple or family of 4-5. Our favorite part was the view! We loved hanging out on the balcony to watch the waves, the storms, and sunset. The condo is so close to the water that we could hear the waves crashing. Very relaxing trip. There is no smart TV so if you enjoy watching movies or streaming networks I would recommend bringing laptop

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sandy Bottom! The view from the deck was amazing and I could have sat there the whole stay just looking at the beach view! The condo was just the right size and was a great place to call home for a few days. It’s so close to so many things to do and places to eat and go to. I enjoy the bike trails on 30A and the condo was perfect being right next to the main 30A bike trail. Sandy Bottom is just a fantastic place to stay! I will definitely stay here again and have already booked another stay this spring! Thank you so much!
