Welcome to Ballena Vida... The Whale Life. Escape to our tranquil beach hideaway, nestled just steps from the sand at beautiful Playa Flamingo. This family-friendly condo features 3 full bathrooms, and 2 upscale bedrooms, one including a playful loft. Enjoy the modern comforts of this newly updated space, relax in the quiet surroundings, and be immersed in nature with the occasional calls of the local howler monkeys. In-unit laundry and a pool steps away, your epic Costa Rica getaway awaits.

THE UNIT
This newly renovated space is perfect for a couple or those traveling with children. The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and peekaboo ocean views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed setup, a playful loft with another single bed, and an ensuite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs.
LOCATION
Location is everything. Nearby rentals up in the hills may have a nice view, but then you're stuck driving up and down dirt roads all day. We've done that before and it definitely wasn't fun. Our condo at the Villas Flamingo Community is an easy 2 minute walk to the the white sands of beautiful Flamingo beach. So easy!
KITCHEN
The kitchen is stocked with premium appliances and amenities including Hexclad cookware, Global knives, Knork flatware, two Ninja blenders, Yeti Mugs and Koozies, and a GE six burner hooded gas range. Buen provecho!
INTERNET
Internet is available throughout the condo via an eero Pro Mesh WiFi System with multiple access points. Our plan includes 300 mbps speeds with most of the condo running at 150-300 mbps.
TV & STREAMING
Each of the TVs has an Amazon Fire Stick 4K Max and we provide access to a Netflix account. You're welcome to login to other streaming services with your own personal accounts.
MUSIC
Streaming music is available by connecting to our Sonos speaker in the living room. Alternatively, we provide a JBL Speaker for the beach that can also be used inside with a simple Bluetooth connection.

Why they chose this property
Playa Flamingo is often referred to as the gem of all Costa Rican beaches. Famous for the warm water and fiery sunsets, this small town nestled between Brasilito and Potrero, and about 40 minutes from Tamarindo. While our condo is easily walkable to the beach and a few local cafes, you will likely need transportation to visit the surrounding areas, markets, etc.
