About this property

One of a total of three lovingly renovated apartment from the Baroque (raised ground floor of the Quetschekuchestubb) with a striking, painted facade of the property. Preferred, quiet location in Neustadt a. d. Wine route on the Haardt with a view of the Haardter Castle. Surrounded by vineyards, renowned wineries. Immediately on the edge of the Palatinate Forest nature reserve.
All three apartments are equipped with a bathroom with a shower (rain maker), a pantry with a fridge, a dishwasher and a hob. WiFi and flat screen TV.
Note: Smoking is not permitted due to fire protection requirements, due to the construction of the 17th and 18th Ct. some steep stairs (not suitable for people with walking difficulties) and some low ceiling heights. This particularly affects the showers.

Gern wieder

Die Ferienwohnung in der Quetsche Kuche Stubb hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Hell, freundlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und für unsere Wanderungen als Ausgangspunkt gut gelegen. Dank der guten Busanbindung waren wir auch ohne Auto ausreichend mobil. Bad- und Küchenbereich sind klein, aber alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Weindorf-Atmosphäre von Haardt, nur einen kurzen "Haardter Treppenweg" von Neustadt/Weinstraße entfernt, genossen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ideal, ob zu Fuß auf eine der schönen Wanderhütten oder mit dem Auto eine nahegelegene Burg besichtigen, eine Stadtbesichtiging oder ein Kurztripp ins Elsass - alles ist gut möglich. Landschaftlich und kulinarisch war die Woche ein Genuss und wird uns lange positiv in Erinnerung bleiben! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Toll renovierte Ferienwohnung in historischem Gebäude

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, urig gemütlich. Wie in der Beschreibung angegeben sollte man nicht zu groß sein da ansonsten die Deckenhöhe stört Sehr nette Vermieterin, hat sich umfassend um uns gekümmert. Die Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr im Ortsteil sind eingeschränkt, ohne vorherige Terminvereinbarung geht nichts Wandern und Fahrrad fahren sind optimal möglich

kleine urige Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Wir haben uns in der zwar kleinen, aber urigen und top-renovierten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns fehlte es an nichts! Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, unkompliziert und reagiert schnell. Sehr große Menschen sollten beim Duschen den Kopf einziehen und für die Zubereitung eines 3-Gänge Menüs ist die Küche vielleicht etwas eng, uns hat das aber nicht gestört und in der Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants! Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus kann man zu schönen Wandertouren starten, Busse Richtung Neustadt und Deidesheim fahren oft und wenige Schritte vom Haus ab, dort steht auch einen ausreichend großer öffentlicher PKW-Parkplatz (kostenfrei) zur Verfügung. Als kleines Manko haben wir empfunden, dass es direkt am Haus keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt.

schöne Wohnung, nette Gastgeber

Wir waren über ein verlängertes WE in Haardt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist tip top und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Schönes kleines Apartment.

Im Haus sind 3 Wohnungen. Wir hatten die mittlere im 2. Stock. Da das Haus sehr alt ist, sind die Höhen von manchen Türen und der Dusche etwas ungewohnt niedrig. Auch die Treppe in den 2. und 3. Stock ist etwas steiler und schmaler als normal. Alles andere war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Die Küchenzeile ist schmal und nicht zum großen Kochen geeignet. Das Restaurant im Hinterhaus hat eine kleine aber sehr feine Karte mit tollen Leckereien. Nur 50m vom Haus entfernt fährt der Bus stündlich, z.T. halbstündlich nach Neustadt und Deidesheim, Aber auch der Treppenweg nach Neustadt ist gut und schnell zu gehen. Kalle & Sonja

Schönes Wochenende in der Quetschekuchestubb

Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem liebevoll renovierten Haus in Haardt, nahe Neustadt a. d. Weinstraße, verbringen dürfen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt: authentisches Wohnen, absolut herzliche Vermieter, gute Lage und leckeres Essen mit passendem Wein im Erdgeschoss. Kommen gerne wieder!
