De-luxe apartment with a view of the Eifel in a youthful ambience

This brand new, comfortable apartment with a great view of the Eifel landscape is under the roof of the YOUTEL - the adventure youth guest house on the outskirts of Bitburg in the Eifel.

The two rooms of the apartment (connecting door) are very tastefully and comfortably furnished. A large bedroom with a comfortable box spring double bed, a cozy living room with 55 'flat screen, couch (can be used as a sofa bed for two guests), dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer (and: popcorn machine!).

The bathroom, which is of course also new, is comfortably furnished with a large, walk-in shower, large mirror, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror.

Familienkurzurlaub in der Eifel
Sehr sauberes, modernes und gut eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Lage ist einem Industriegebiet, aber dafür total zentral. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Freizeitparks, Schwimmbad usw.)in der Nähe. Wir haben dort ein schönes Wochenende mit zwei Kleinkindern verbracht. Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Dieses Appartement war für eine knappe Woche unser Zuhause und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Sehr freundlicher Service, top Ausstattung und idealer Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Radtouren! Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr gepflegt, modern, gross, absolut sauber. Wir waren vom Appartement sehr begeistert. Lediglich die Lage im Gewerbegebiet in einer Art Landschulheim war etwas schade.

Modernes und sauberes Apartment, gut für Familien geeignet
Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Youtel, das im Industriegebiet liegt. Es ist modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

A nice, comfortable and affordable accomodation in Eifel
I stayed in the apartment with family, during our recent visit to Eifel region. The apartment is recently renovated and has a well equipped kitchen, and it is good for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. I must say that this apartment is located at convenient distance @ 5 to 7 kms from Bitburg town and easily accessible from Autobahn A 60, B51 and B257. Apartment is located in a youth hotel building at 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. So please make sure that you have a lighter bags to carry or sufficient energy to pick up the bags. However, 3rd floor guarantee nice view from apartment.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Hallo, wir hatten die Ehre des Erstbezugs dieser Unterkunft. Diese befindet sich in einem Youtel. gleich wenn man die Tür aufmacht ist man in einer Voll ausgestatteten Küche die es an nichts fehlen lässt. ( Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschierr, Töpfe, Pfannen usw.). Dann kommt man in ein Wohn/Esszimmer, (Tisch mit vier Stühlen, moderne Bettcouch, großer Flachbildfernseher), weiter geht es ins Schlafzimmer, (Doppelbett, ebenfalls großer Flachbildfernseher), bevor man dann in das sehr moderne Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Föhn kommt, geht man noch durch einen Raum in dem ein großer Schranksteht, eine Ablage und ein großer Spiegel hängt. Die Wohnung ist sehr Modern und absolut funktional ausgestattet. Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugentlicher 15 J. und ein Kind 5J. hatten genügend Platz. Es bietet sich also zur Selbstverpflegung an oder man bucht mit Frühstück. Die Leute in diese Youtel waren samt dem Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Lage des Youtel: Es liegt etwa 5 - 7 Autominuten von Bitburg, ca, 15 min. nach Gondorf (Eifelpark), 15-20 min (zur Teufelsschlucht/Dino park) oder 15-20 min zum Stausee Bittburg). Für uns war es sehr schön und angenehm und würde es jederzeit wieder Buchen und daher auch absolut weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüß, Torsten
