Haben uns in Zingst wohlgefühlt. Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen, Alles super erreichbar. Wohnung gemütlich aber bischen in die Jahre gekommen ( Betten machen Geräusche) Kleinere Mängel: z.B. Kaffeemaschine muss entkalkt werden, beim Duschen sind die Dichtung/ Gummilippe total undicht/ eigentlich eine Fehlkonstruktion, so das das Bad komplett nass wird, Abfluss oben bei Waschbecken fast dicht, läuft langsam ab. Die Badewanne scheint falschrum eingebaut und die Ablage bei Badewanne ist so konstruiert das Spritzwasser nicht ablaufen kann. Vielleicht helfen Diese Tips bei der Mängelbeseitigung. Schönes Haus, nur leider total verwohnt und unsauber
Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Leider ist es sehr verwohnt und unsauber. Reklamationen wurden nicht ernst genommen und nicht behoben. Der Garten extrem ungepflegt. Waschmaschine funktionierte auch nicht richtig. Also Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht.

Schönes Haus, super Lage
Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem eine gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur gehabt. Das Haus gibt deutlich mehr her, als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
