Located on the beautiful white sandy beaches, Turquoise Place 906C is located in the heart of Orange Beach. This 9th floor condo offers panoramic views of the surrounding beaches and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are ready to unwind, pick out the perfect spot on the big spacious balcony, equipped with a hot tub, plenty of seating, and a gas grill. Stepping inside, you'll find 2400 square feet of welcoming space to call yours during your next vacation in Orange Beach, AL! In the living room, lounge around in one of the side chairs while you browse favored shows on the satellite TV or kick back on the cozy sectional sofa, which pulls out into a sleeper bed for extra snoozing space. The 6 chair dining set in the dining area off the side, combined with the 4 barstools at the counter, allow a total of 10 to dine comfortably. The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops, Wolf appliances, a sub-zero refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a duo Keurig machine. The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The balcony and hot tub can be reached directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed along with private bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two full-sized beds along with it's own private bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for added convenience.
When you're ready to venture out of your condo, you'll have access to wonderful amenities within the complex including an outdoor pools, lazy river pools, indoor pool, sauna, steam room! Additionally, there is a kids' playground, club lounge, tennis courts, and outdoor games. The complex also has a fitness room for working out and when it is time to head to the beach, just head down the private boardwalk. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass will be picked up on property. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
