The very well maintained detached villa with private pool offers up to 6 people on over 160 square meters of living space and a flat 1200 square meters of land a comfortable holiday. From the spacious open living, dining and kitchen area you have direct access to the large sheltered terrace. It faces south and invites you to relax and sunbathe all year round. Directly to the terrace is the approx. 5x10 meter private pool and provides refreshment and swimming fun. Thanks to the permanently installed outdoor grill, nothing stands in the way of a cozy barbecue. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with 160 x 200 cm double beds. 1 bedroom is equipped with two 90 x 200 centimeter single beds, which can easily be converted into a double bed. For small guests, a cot and high chair are available. A play tower with swings and slide as well as a lawn provide for play fun.

Of course, the house has the necessary official permits for the official rental - 'Alojamento Local' and meets the associated quality standards!

Western Algarve: In contrast to the southern Algarve, there are no bed castles and apartment settlements in the western Algarve. The spectacular coast with its up to 100 meters steeply sloping cliff formations is uniquely beautiful and interrupted again and again by beautiful beaches. Often, small rivers on the beaches lead into the sea, which are very popular especially with children. On our website (link at the bottom of this page) you will find more information about the area.

Further surroundings: Especially for longer stays, it is also worthwhile to wander a bit further into the distance. Within an hour's drive, you can reach the tourist centers of the Southern Algarve, with golf courses, marinas, shopping centers and aqua parks. In just under 3 hours drive west you reach the beautiful Andalusian city of Seville with its palaces, churches and beautiful buildings. It takes just as long to reach the north and you will reach the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, which is definitely worth a visit.

Getting there: The nearest airport is Faro. It takes about an hour to get to Casa Sol. Faro is served by all known airlines. In any case, we recommend that you also check Lisbon and Seville as a destination, as there are often very cheap flights to these destinations, which more than compensate for the slightly longer journey, especially for several people.

Schönes Haus und liebevolle Betreuung
Wir sind mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie für 1 1/2 Wochen dort gewesen. Das Haus war schön und sauber. Anna war sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zumachen.

Lovely house next to great beaches
We had an enjoyable week exploring the local area. No shortage of beaches to visit and walks along the coast. The week we were there was quite misty but we always found sun within a short drive. The house is very well organized and clean with everything you could need. The kids enjoyed the slide and sand outside.

Erholsamer Urlaub
In dem hübschen, sehr stilvollen Haus von Familie Bittner war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Wir waren 14 Tage da und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Frau und Herr Bittner sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren drei Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool, in dem nichts fehlt, in einer traumhaften Gegend. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und waren immer ansprechbar bei eventuellen Fragen. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Schönes Haus, schöne Terrasse und schöne Umgebung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zwei Regentage konnten wir gut mit all den Spielen, Büchern und DVDs im Haus überbrücken. Wir kommen wieder!

Amazing villa in a great quiet & safe location
Spacious villa with pretty much all the mod cons.. Outdoor area & pool is one of the best we’ve ever had.. The owners are great & just let you get on with it, which is very refreshing. Aljezur is just 10 minutes away by car & has an Intermarche, plus a fabulous market with a great selection of fresh fish.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an in der Villa Casa Sol sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr sauber und absolut erstklassig eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Lieu très agréable

Comforatable clean house with pool close to the beaches
We had a nice week, despite the cold weather and the rain (which was good for the Portugese people, because there hadn't been rain since january. The house was comfortable and warm, but we couldn't use the pool because of the weather (which is obvious in february). Also, the garden was very windy. Location of the house is nice, close to 2 beautiful beaches: Arrifana en Mte Clerigo. Nice sleeping rooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with all the supplies. We stayed with 4 but the house can easily accomodate 6 people.

Tolles Haus, nette Vermieter, was will man mehr?
Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen, das Haus erklärt und einen kleinen "Willkommensdrink" bereitgestellt....sehr nett. Das Haus ist schön und sehr praktisch eingerichtet und mit allem - wirklich mit allem - ausgestattet. Küchenartikel, Waschmaschine, Entertainment, WLAN (für unseren 16jährigen Sohn lebensnotwendig), alles in guter Qualiät vorhanden. Mehrere Strände in der Umgebung, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, trotz Hochsaison kein zu hoher Gästeandrang an den Stränden und Lokalen. Alles im allem , ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder...

Toller Urlaub bei sehr netten Vermietern
Wir waren zu zweit 3 Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise kümmerte sich Fam Bittner vorbildlich und sehr, sehr nett um uns. Sie waren bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und Anliegen von uns wurden prompt erledigt. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Prachtstück. Das große Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer mit direkten Ausgang zum Pool verfügen über große Betten mit guter Matratze. Eines mit ensuite Badezimmer. Es gibt noch ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Grill und dem riesigen Pool (Wassertemperatur im Juni bereits zwischen 23 und 26 grad). Hier haben wir in der Morgensonne gefrühstückt und sehr oft am Abend gegrillt. Zum Sonnenbaden ladet die Blick und windgeschützte Terrasse ein , welche über viel Privatsphäre verfügt. Alles in allem waren es 3 super Wochen mit wirklich sehr netten Vermietern. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!! Liebe Grüße Ewald und Natascha

Einfach nur zu empfehlen !
Diese Unterkunft entspricht zu 110 % den Erwartungen. Es gibt aber auch wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Ehepaar Bittner ist bemueht das Objekt in nahezu neuwertigem Zustand zu uebergeben. Auch der Pool konnte sofort genutzt werden und wurde innerhalb unserer Anmietung erneut geprueft. Hier Urlaub zu machen macht einfach nur Spaß und ist jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert. Besten Dank fuer die schoene Zeit !

Super Haus - viel Platz, grosser Pool, Kindgerecht, Strandspielzeug und Sonnenschirm vorhanden, sauberer deutscher Standard !!! Und das in Portugal !!! beste Haus seit 10 Jahren
Wir sind seit 10 Jahren in verschiedenen Ländern in ähnlich grossen und ausgestatteten Häuser gewesen. Noch nie hatten wir solche einwandfreie Ausstattung, und häusliche Komfort erlebt und genossen. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert: Pool, Küche, Bad, sogar Grillen konnte man ohne Einbüsse an gewohnten Fertigkeiten. Nicht gesprochen über die super korrekte Betreuung und Informationen, die wir bekommen haben. Wenn wir jemals wieder kommen - es war das dritte mal in diesen 10 Jahren, dass wir in Vale da Telha waren - werden wir mit Sicherheit hier mieten. (Hat zwar mit dem Haus nicht zu tun, aber wir haben den Fussballspiel Ungarn-Portugal an der Ozean in einem kleinen Restaurant geschaut - nie mehr werden wir es vergessen) Judit und János und die 4 Kinder: Jancsi, Máté, Miklós und Katalin aus Ungarn

Grosszügige Villa, schön eingerichtet und praktisch geschnitten Vermieter ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite deutsche Familie, jederzeit erreichbar Ruhige Lage Gute Ausstattung, alles da Sauberer, schöner Pool Schöner Garten mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen Viele Strände, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die nahegelegenen auch zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad Schnelles Internet

Wir haben vier sehr schöne Urlaubswochen im Casa Sol verbracht. Das Haus hat alles gehalten, was es versprochen hat. Das Haus ließ sich auch bei kühlerem Wetter sehr gut heizen. Un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison
Tout d'abord, un excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. Le maximum d'explications a été donné à notre arrivée. Durant les jours qui précédaient, nous avons pu échanger par mails avec eux et ils ont très rapidement répondu à nos questions. La maison était impeccable. Elle est très bien équipée tant au niveau de la vaisselle que des appareils ménagers. Anna fournit le linge en nombre grandement suffisant. L'extérieur est aussi très bien entretenu et Anna et Michael viennent une fois par semaine vérifier que tout va bien, déposer le linge et nettoyer la piscine. Notre présence n'est pas nécessaire. Ils ont à cœur que leurs locataires passent le meilleur séjour possible et sont très à l'écoute. La maison est vaste, claire, très agréable, tout à fait conforme aux photos. La terrasse bien ensoleillée, à l'abri du vent, nous a permis de déjeuner dehors chaque jour. L'environnement est très calme: pas d'aboiements intempestifs si fréquents au Portugal, des voisins discrets. Les promenades sur les falaises toute proches permettent d'admirer de magnifiques paysages sauvages. La petite ville d'Aljezur dispose d'un marché, de plusieurs commerces et d'un Intermarché. A Vale de Telha, une supérette est aussi bien pratique. Nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Les propriétaires vous en conseilleront quelques-uns. Prévoir quand même d'utiliser le chauffage en cette période de l'année: nous le mettions en marche le soir. En résumé, un excellent lieu de séjour que nous recommandons, tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos et des propriétaires adorables;

Liebevoll, sauber und praktisch
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Wir haben alles sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Der Willkommensgruß am ersten Abend macht das Einleben nochmal so schön (vielen Dank!). Selbst wenn einem mal nicht nach Ausflug oder Außenaktivität zumute sein sollte, ist die Atmosphäre des Hauses so wohlig und gemütlich, dass man es sich auch drin so richtig gut gehen lassen kann. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr ansprechend und mit allem versehen, was Mensch so braucht, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Anfahrt ist durch den Vermieter mit Fotos versehen und so wirklich sehr einfach gemacht! Auch der Kontakt mit diesen ist unkompliziert und sehr nett. Mit Fragen und Anliegen fühlt man sich stets willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns total auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem einladenden Haus und auf die tolle Umgebung, die viele Möglichkeiten bietet. A. u. K. aus O.

Erholung pur!!
"casa sol" liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnort, perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen wunderschönen Buchten, Stränden und Wandertouren. Ausstattung gut, in Küche alles vorhanden. Wer Ikea liebt fühlt sich hier sehr wohl, Haus und Außenanlage sehr gut gestaltet, Pool sehr schön, konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, weil es im Mai noch zu kalt war. Nicht beheizbar wie im Internet beschrieben. Bis auf Terrassentür hatten die Fenster + Türen keine Fliegenschutzgitter. Wir sind leicht gestochen worden. Handtuchwechsel fand nicht statt, weil Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. So mussten wir Handtücher und Bettgarnitur selber waschen und bügeln, da bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit die Wäsche nicht trocknet. Vielen Dank an die Hausbetreuer für ihre hervorregende Betreuung. Tipp: Wer spät anreist, sollte vor der Ankunft unbedingt einkaufen. In Aljezur (8 km entfernt) schließt der Supermarkt um 20:00 Uhr.
