Double room "Kathleen", shower, WC:
The double room Kathleen has a double bed (180 cm wide) and a (sleeping) sofa (140 cm wide), a separate bathroom with shower / WC and outside window, satellite TV and small seating area. The lodging is ideal for 2 adults. The (sleeping) sofa can also be used comfortably by one other person, but also by two people. As a spatial separation to the marriage bed, a room divider made of timber beams in half-timbered look was built. The highlight of this light-flooded room is the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the Elbe, in the garden, on the slope belonging to the property and the picturesque opposite slope. The balcony offers its guests peace and quiet at any time of the day. You never tire of following the hustle and bustle on the Elbe and on the adjacent cycle paths. Even from the double bed you have an unobstructed view of the Elbe. If you love it, you can enjoy a holiday feeling from the comfort of your bed before you wake up. The use of the house facilities on the ground floor (shared kitchen, washing machine) is possible by arrangement, the outdoor area is available to all guests and in the lounge you can also like to meet with other guests in a cozy group.
In 2017/2018, we built our home from home. Two double rooms, one apartment and two apartments invite you to linger on a terrace of the former Posta quarry above the Elbe. Whether individually, in a family or groups up to 18 people, get together your lodging. Balconies, conservatory (from 05/2019), terrace, vineyard, fruit and vegetable garden also for our guests, barbecue and fireplace, a large communal kitchen (in addition to the kitchens in the apartments), a common room for up to 20 people, satellite TV in all rooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 toilets, ... Flood-proof over the Elbe, off the road, hardly any rail noise, distance to neighbors and many retreat corners on the large property make your holiday unique. At the entrance of the Mockethaler Grund it is protected from flooding and the sometimes fresh winds whistling along the Elbe Valley and yet with a wonderful view of the Elbe and the opposite slope in Niederposta. At the bottom of the road runs the Elbradweg, through the valley leads the Malerweg. Pirna alone is worth a visit: many historic buildings, small shops, pubs, cafes, swimming pool, pebble, paddle steamer, ... if you have everything through, you can also go to Dresden, Meissen or Prague.
