Situated on a large private lot, the home has 3 living rooms, 10 comfortable bedrooms, 6 full baths, a 34ft x16ft heated pool, outdoor kitchen with a 42" Viking Grill, a large sauna and 7 person hot tub. With 7000 sq feet of living space, there are too many amenities to list.

The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family reunions, trips with your friends, ski getaways or just weekend escapes - this home has everything for just about everyone.

The lower floor consists of a 2500 sq ft game room, including a 9' professional pool table, 14' shuffleboard table, foosball table, a bar and refrigerator, and an 85" flat screen Smart TV with Prime, Netflix, Disney+ preloaded for the ultimate experience in entertainment. The lower floor also has a 7 person sauna, 2 large bedrooms and 1 full bath.

As you make your way up to the main floor, you are welcomed by the spacious yet cozy gathering area. A modern eat-in kitchen has all the amenities of home and surrounding dining areas seat up to 30 people comfortably. Centrally situated living room with cathedral beam ceilings is perfect for entertaining. It boasts another 85” Smart TV and an electric fireplace. The main floor also has 4 full bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for your convenience.

Jump into a heated 34' pool right outside on the patio, or relax in the large 7 person spa! The impressive patio also has an outdoor kitchen with a state of the art Viking grill and bar seating, as well as plenty of seating for barbecues. Just kick back and take in the fresh air and gorgeous sunsets while drinking your favorite glass of wine or an ice cold beer!

The 3rd floor is comprised of 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in addition to a large den with A-line beamed ceiling. This cozy room has a gaming table and a large Smart TV!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-maintained house! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spotless, with comfortable beds, and a beautifully designed living space. We especially enjoyed the fully-equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Bachelor party
This place is hugeeeee. Booked it for my brothers bachelor party and there was more than enough space to host 25 guys at a time. Pool, hot tub, and outside area were used quite a bit with the warm weather. The downstairs with shuffleboard, pool table, and sauna was amazing for people to do different things. The downstairs was way bigger than I expected. Tina is an incredible host and is excellent with communication and making sure everything runs smoothly. Everyone had a great time and we were all very impressed. Will likely book again!!

Family Reunion
This house provided an excellent setting for our gathering of 20 people, ages 1-75. Communication with Tina was exceptional, both before and duing our stay, and she and Boris provided a useful online guide to the property. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and notably, every single thing we used was in good working order -- we had no problems at all. There were plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds (though note that only one has an en-suite bathroom, so be prepared to share and to go out into the hallway to access the bathroom), and the three large living spaces with big TVs were great for gathering. We made frequent use of the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, large lawn (for ball playing), pool table, and shuffleboard table (we didn't use the sauna, but we confirmed that it works well). I would not describe the house as "luxurious" or the finishings as super high-end, but it was absolutely as advertised, with an excellent layout, highly functional spaces, and some very thoughtful touches. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation with 14 guest
We recently stayed at this wonderful house with 14 family members, ranging in age from 1 to 85 years old, and had an amazing experience. The spacious backyard was a highlight, and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and cookout area. Even our pups loved the yard! A few things stood out to me as essential when looking for a vacation home for our big family, and this house exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen overlooks the living room, which is fantastic when you have small children. Our older kids, aged 10 and 11, loved the basement area with its big TV and games. The two large dining tables allowed all of us to sit down together for dinner, which was a special part of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire family. The house is thoughtfully designed with families in mind it comes with a crib, and the basement door can be closed off for safety with small children. We were delighted by the wildlife, spotting deer and wild turkeys in the yard. The heated pool was a bonus, especially since the weather was cooler at the start of our stay, and the hot tub was a hit as well. There's a Weis market about 20 minutes away, and the boys had a great time fishing at Lake Wallenpaupack, where they caught some nice bass. We also enjoyed delicious pizza from Capri and found several nearby ice-cream spots and horseback riding opportunities.

Pocono Gem
Just spent a week at this property and we were not disappointed. The house is spacious and well designed for large groups, as is the outside entertainment and pool area. We were a group of 20 + 2 dogs and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed and preparing large meals for our group was easy. Huge playroom downstairs came in handy as we had three days of rain thanks to hurricane Debby! Communications with owners was easy and a couple of small maintenance issues we had were addressed immediately. If we decide to vacation in this area again, we would not hesitate to choose this house again.

Beautiful House and Property
The property is beautiful. The pool, pavilion, hot tub and firepit provided a wonderful background for our annual family vacation. There were 23 of us ranging from 8 months to 86 and all were very comfortable. There are 3 spacious gathering areas with large TV's and comfortable seating. There is plenty of seating for meals both inside and out. The hosts checking in with us and communication was easy. There are 2 dumpsters on the property making cleaning up and taking out trash easy. Kitchen was well equipped with multiple coffee makers, Keurig, lots of counter space, double wall oven, 2 sinks and 4 under counter trash cans. The sauna was a huge hit for our 4 kids who went to Planet fitness to work out and returned to the sauna. Location is 7-25 minutes away from anything - including lots of grocery stores, restaurants, ATV's, golf, wineries, breweries and more. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a large group to stay in the Poconos.

Amazing Property With Enough Space for Everyone
HUGE space with everything you need. Our group of 22 had a wonderful time exploring the area, and even had a couple days of just hanging out at the house — it was like our own private resort! I’m sure we’ll consider coming back here in the future; it was perfect!!

Awesome home, great hosts
We were a large group of guys (18 total), and had so much space to spare. The house was clean, the hosts were communicative and helpful, and the trip was smooth. We took advantage of all of the amenities and activities at the house, and everybody had a great time. Would highly recommend.

A fun getaway in the Poconos!
Boris and Tina were fantastic host - very communicative and accommodating. The house itself had everything advertised with minimal issues. Plenty of sleeping space, games to play, bathrooms, kitchen facilities superb, and a secluded area to maintain privacy. Weather prevented us from doing a lot of outdoorsy things we'd planned but would absolutely come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more that the Poconos has to offer.

Winter weekend!
10 couples had a great time! Loved the sauna, hot tub and how spacious the house was. Snow tubing at Skytop was fun and spending some time at Pour House was too. Kitchen was clean and perfect for cooking and sharing all our meals. Plan to come back!

Modern Property, Plenty of Space
We are multiple families who gather in the Poconos for skiing each year. This home was perfect, even more amazing than the photos! We loved the kitchen, plenty of space for meals and well stocked. The basement was mainly used by the children, they had plenty of space! The home was modern and it was designed for hosting large groups. Some of my favorites: wood floors throughout, plenty of beds, large seating areas for eating, fireplace (electric) was beautiful, television on the main floor was perfect for football games. Owners were very responsive, we had an issue with a door locking and they sent someone immediately. It was a great home, a great host and highly recommend!

Thanksgiving
16 of our extended family stayed here for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. We ranged in age from 12-82. The house was amazing. More than enough room for everyone. It was too cold to utilize the outdoor space, but it looked amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean and bright. We used the basement game room, as well. There was a nearby hiking trail we took advantage of, on Thanksgiving morning. Saw a bald eagle! The owners were extremely easy to get in touch with. I would re-rent this property in a heartbeat.

Family Retreat
The property was incredible! I had excellent communication with Tina, with she assuring that our family settled in well. The rental process was very smooth. With the recent loss of my father, our family decided to take a family retreat to give everyone a chance to decompress and enjoy a time filled with fun and laughter. That we had!! The property was very accommodating, with more than enough space for everyone to gather and spend time together, or to themselves if needed. We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved the outdoor facilities including the pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor cooking area!
