We also own unit #1 directly next door, which is nearly identical to #2 and was also recently remodeled so if you ever need two side-by-side units for larger groups, let us know (total capacity 16 between the two)

Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1, is exceptionally clean and spacious and recently remodeled. We have separate living and dining areas, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great cooking utensils.

KING BEDS in both bedrooms! Walk in shower in master. Plus a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and a trundle in the 2nd bedroom.

Private deck with great ridgeline views. Seasonal views of Lake Taneycomo, the dam and great sunsets.

Roku smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms for streaming and cable

1 Gig wifi speed!!

FYI we also own unit #2 directly next door, which was also recently remodeled and is nearly identical to this unit. If you ever need two side-by-side places for a larger group, let us know.

GOLF SPECIAL: Show the clubhouse a booking confirmation for our condo and as for the "Stay and Play" special to receive $60/person for 18 holes plus cart (regular $110). Try the Pointe Grill after your round for great food and friendly service!

Beautiful view and amazing accommodations

The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing to sit out on the back porch in the morning drinking coffee and relaxing. We did not walk to the pool area, but definitely close enough if you wanted to. The condo had everything we needed for a successful stay. If we come back to Branson, we will definitely look at staying here again!

Perfect Place for Our Family

What a great condo for our first visit to Branson! The location was beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the views off the back deck. Our 4 year old loved the little Minnie table she found in a closet and all the children's cutlery. Such a perfect set up for our family of 5. The owners were so kind and we appreciated their helpful binder of information. The location can't be beat--about ten minutes from some of the main attractions.

Cute place and well stocked

We were happy with our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with our family. The intentional baby & toddler items were the selling point when we booked and it did not disappoint. The owner was quick to respond to us when needed. Place is about a 10ish minute drive the attractions in Branson. Nice area.

Family Outing to Branson

We had a great time in Branson. This condo was exaclty what we needed. Enough beds for all the kids and adults. We even cooked some meals at the condo, and everything we needed was there (pots, pans, dishes, etc). The location was close to everything we wanted to do and within minutes of our planned outings. Checkin and checkout were easy, and communication from the hosts was excellent..We will look here again when we come back.

Great for families

This condo had to the perfect set up for us. We took our oldest daughter, her husband, and kids with us. Having two king size beds was perfect. Having the additional trundle bed in their room was great so the kids could stay in there with them. The location of the condo was very easy to get to. Parking was one of the best in that resort for having extra vehicles. The view out our condo was gorgeous. The clubhouse was very close and convenient. It’s not always easy finding a condo with a washer and dryer so we were very thankful this unit had that. Works out great when you have little kids with you. Condo was very clean and well maintained!

Great place for a family getaway

The owner was very pleasant to work with. The place was perfect for us. My wife and I had a king bedroom and my son, his wife, and two girls had the king bedroom with two twin beds. Updated appliances, beautiful views in the back, and very clean areas made it a great place to stay. We will definitely come back here.

Perfect for Family

Great, safe, convenient location. Condo was equipped with everything we needed (extra bedding, kitchen utensils including kid friendly bowls cups and plates which was super nice). Owners responded to all messages within a couple of minutes. Will be staying here again on our next visit and looking forward to it!

A slice of heaven!!

First time staying and the description was spot on!! We could not have asked for a better place. Clean, nice and cool. Beautiful area!! This would be perfect for any family or couple wanting a getaway. The pool is within walking distance and has an outdoor bar and snack area We spent most of our time just relaxing.

Very enjoyable - great amenities!

Our family of 5 with teenagers enjoyed the quietness of the resort as well as all the clubhouse amenities - swimming, fitness center, fishing access. Property was just as described / pictured in listing. Was an easy 15-20 drive to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to the strip. Nice gas station / small grocery store for essentials less than a mile away. Host responsiveness was outstanding prior to booking as well as after booking and during our stay. Branson with the Kids

Met up with family from Oklahoma for 5 days in Branson….this place was amazing and fit all of us so well. The hosts were easy to deal with. The residence was quiet and relaxing. Cleanliness and comfort was 12/10. Would highly recommend this for anyone’s trip. We hope to stay the same place when we return later this year.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was our first VRBO booking and we were very pleased. The place was clean and roomy with everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities and anything else you may need. We were very close to all attractions and the pool was great as well. The owners were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in walking distance to the pool, golf, gym and clubhouse. The decorating in the condo is very nice and I appreciated it! The back deck is oversized and extremely spacious. Great experience and I would strongly recommend staying here.

Wonderful time

The place was super clean and had toys for the kids! Plenty of sleeping area for everyone! I full stock kitchen with spices, an instant pot for easy cooking. Along with a wonderful indoor pool for us to enjoy in the cooler weather. Definitely staying there again!

We love the Ozarks area of Missouri and especially the natural outdoor beauty. We like to hike, bike, swim, water ski, kayak, canoe, go for long walks and anything else to enjoy being outside.

Our side-by-side, just remodeled properties (Sunset Ridge on Taneycomo #1 and #2) are both a perfect combination of access to all the fun activities of Branson, the amenities of Point Royale, and the very close proximity to hiking and water sports of the surrounding lakes and parks. Both properties and decks have great sunset views! Unit #1 was remodeled as of January '23 and unit #2 remodeling was just completed in March. If you enjoy active outdoor activities, Point Royale is a great place to be!

What makes this property unique

What we love the most about our condo is hanging out on the very private, over-sized deck. The year round sunset views are awesome and we love the peace and quiet of morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the deck. It is a great spot to start and end every day of fun at Pointe Royale or in Branson!
