A beautiful and spacious 1 level 3 bedroom home with large pool and enclosed in a screened lanai that overlooks the backyard and canal.
Relax by the pool or lay in a hammock and enjoy the sun and nature, undisturbed. Or even take out kayak and enjoy all the nature that surrounds us!
Its perfectly located for a relaxing vacation just a 5 min drive to Warm Mineral Springs, 15 min to Manasota beach, (where you can find shark teeth!) 17 min to Englewood beach, walking distance to Tarpoon Point restaurant and beautiful park with kayak launch across the street!
