This beautiful stone villa is situated between the mountains and the sea, Biokovo on the north, Plana on the west and mountain Viter on the east. It offers an unforgettable holiday in the heart of Dalmatia, in Zaostrog.
It's green environment, summer kitchen, spacious yard with a swimming pool, the panoramic view of the city and a panoramic view. This beautiful, rustic house is 200 years old and has been thoroughly renovated and modernly equipped.
In the ground floor of the house can be pleasant and comfortable stay six people.
There is a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a beautiful view of the sea and islands on the floor.

The house is 3 miles away from the village where you can find restaurants, shops, bars and other facilities. When you get down to the place you are just a few steps away from the beach. If you are the adventurous type, you can drive jet skis, kayaks, go on unforgettable paragliding with the help of a speedboat or try other activities in which you will surely enjoy.

Geographical and traffic position of Zaostrog makes visitors a half day trip or a full day trip. They can visit many natural, cultural and other sights and places along the Dalmatian coast.
Tourists can also go on their day trips along the coast to the Pearl of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik (120 km from Zaostrog), to Split (90 km from Zaostrog), to the fertile estuary of the river Neretva (20 km from Zaostrog), to the fascinating Bacina Lakes (15 km from Zaostrog) or to the sanctuary of the Queen of Peace in Medjugorje (70 km from Zaostrog) and to Mostar (90 km from Zaostrog).

For those who have a mountain spirit, it is a trip to the mountain where hiking trails to the slopes and peaks of Mt. Bokovo (St. Jure - 1762 m) are marked. The 40 km of beautiful cycling trails are passing along the coast of our riviera, old olive groves and ancient medieval village…

Ruhiger Urlaub mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönem Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, fernab vom "Trubel der Stadt", trotzdem nur wenige Autominuten bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr netter Gastgeber :-)

Wundervoll und stilvolles Haus

Wir hatten einem großartigen Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Eigentümer sind sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Gastfreundschaft wird hier sehr groß geschrieben!

Perfect Vacation

This is a wonderful property up on a hillside. Quiet and serene, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. The house and grounds were immaculately kept and clean, with some really nice touches that reflected the attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.Josip is the owner, and he was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Their family has a restaurant on the water, which I would highly recommend. Josip himself cooked a seafood dinner for us and it was delicious. I can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla

Der Urlaub war traumhaft ! Die Villa ist sehr schön, toll gelegen und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Der Vermieter kümmert sich rührend um seine Gäste - angefangen mit dem Empfang - Obstkorb, Wein und Verpflegung im Kühlschrank, über den Parkplatz am Restaurant und die Versorgung mit fangfrischem Fisch. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen und können die Villa nur empfehlen !

Top verblijf

Het verblijf was magnifiek. Super vriendelijke eigenaar met een restaurant in het dorpje. ( lekker eten en dichtbij de zee) De eigenaar zorgt ook voor een parkeerplaats als je naar de zee of restaurant wil! Gewoon top! In het huisje is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Zwembad wordt iedere morgen onderhouden maar je hebt daar geen hinder van. Wij hadden een zalig verblijf en zullen zeker en vast nog eens terugkomen. Het was de eerste keer naar Kroatië en het was perfect.

The Hideaway

The house in Croatia was everything And more. The views of the mountains and the Adriatic Sea were amazing. The grounds were impeccable. The house was staged beautifully. We cooked, swam in that beautiful heated pool. We roasted chestnuts in the outdoor fireplace. Josip the host was super friendly and accommodating. Absoluter Traumurlaub

Der Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Umgebung war absolut perfekt! Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein, aber das war uns vorher klar. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist hier noch der Gastgeber Josip. Wir haben selten einen so aufmerksamen, bemühten und sympathischen Vermieter erlebt. Er war quasi immer erreichbar, jede Nachricht wurde innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen!

Perfect!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Josips Haus und haben alles daran genossen. Toller Blick auf die Adria. Wunderschönes Haus und sehr gepflegter Pool und Außenbereich. Neben dem Hause gab es sogar eine Quelle, wo wir uns täglich frisches, kühles Wasser abfüllen konnten. Einfach großartig. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von Josips Kommunikation, Service und Gastfreundschaft. Alles top und absolut zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, Traumgarten

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, es ist alles sehr entspannt. Josip ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber immer sehr hilfsbereit und sein Restaurant liegt wunderbar am Meer. Direkt daneben durften wir immer parken, nur einen Katzensprung vom Strand. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, man braucht ein Auto und fährt ca. 5-10 Minuten zum Ort/Meer. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Vermieter. Josip hat im Ort direkt am Meer ein Restaurant, dort hat er uns immer, wenn wir Lust hatten, einen tollen Tisch direkt am Wasser reserviert. Toll ist auch sein Angebot dort parken zu können, da das Haus oben am Berg steht, wo man einen schönen Blick und viel Ruhe hat. Sehr gut hat uns auch der Salzwasserpool gefallen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Traumhaus mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft, sehr gepflegt und top sauber. Man kann hier den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen und die Aussicht auf die Bucht genießen, während man Scampis und Fleisch auf dem Grill zubereitet. Josip hat aber auch ein hervorragendes Restaurant in Zaostrog, die Fischplatte ist ein Genuss und die Rose Scampi vom Grill spitze. Bei Fragen zum Haus und Umgebung war Josip auch jederzeit da, selten so einen zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Vermieter erlebt. Hier kann man hinkommen und ab der ersten Minute genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Honeymoon Launch Location

Wonderful house with excellent views, private location with the only neighbors being some sheep and a cow. Great location for going both north and south to explore other areas of Croatia. Josip was very responsive and did a great job providing local recommendations.

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus in Alleinlage auf dem Berg mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und ist uns stets mit Rat & Tat zur Seite gestanden. In seinem Restaurant Bracera haben wir immer sehr gut gegessen. Das Haus ist bezaubernd renoviert und eingerichtet - ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde :-)

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Leider konnten wir unsere Reise zu dem wunderschönen Haus aufgrund der Reisebeschränkung unseres Landes (Corona) nicht durchführen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll und hat uns den Betrag zurück überwiesen. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Im nächsten Jahr möchten wir gerne wieder kommen

Fabulous holiday

An amazing holiday from start to finish. Thank you to Josip for being so kind and understanding throughout when we were worried we wouldn't make it with the whole Covid concerns. Communication was excellent. Every query answered promptly and fully. Josip was also available throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. The villa is beautiful with stunning views and very well equipped. It is so peaceful and yet only a 10 minute drive to the village and the beach. We hired a boat for the day, went Kayaking at the beautiful Bacina Lakes and had a wonderful trip to Dubrovnik. The coastline is stunning and most roads run along it. A truly amazing holiday - we love Croatia and we will be back!

Wonderful Autumn in Zastrog

We spent the most amazing time in Zaostrog. Hause is very clean and comfortable, garden and pool with sea view is amazing. It was a home fare away from home. Our host showed us olive trees and the process of making olive oil. We ate at family restaurant Bracera and had such lovely time, we will be back for sure again.
