I had issues accessing the property, but the host answered my call immediately and was able to find me another place to stay at no extra charge. I am so grateful for their flexibility and assistance, and will definitely choose them again if I ever find myself in the area.
The unit itself was not too bad but the building front porch and stair wells were filled with Amazon packages ripped open and broken glass bottles. Parking was hard but this is a college town so that is expected
Check in was easy. The unit was immaculate. Our host was very responsive even though we couldn’t ever get the lack of WiFi resolved. The unit was very quiet despite a lot of noise going on outside. Would suggest black out curtains because light shines in the whole night. Maybe that won’t bother most people but it was pretty bright in the room even with all lights off. Would stay again.
We stayed over Labor Day weekend - location is perfect! Also a bonus that we had a reserved parking spot. The room looks exactly how it is advertised, and everything was clean. The WiFi did not work (after following all the directions that were given to us). On the first day we realized the shower wasn’t working, and we did not have good communication with the host on a solution. So not showering the entire long weekend was a bummer! The walls are pretty thin and we could hear people’s alarms going off in different rooms. Again prime location and the price was right, but not sure if I would stay again!

The property is located very close to OSU and short walks to almost everything.I booked the property with understanding that there is washer inside the unit. As I was staying for longer period, that was my first priority. There was no unit inside the whole building. I had to walk an hour to get my laundry done. The iwi-go stopp working on fourth day, and no help was available from anyone. Even the Tv was not streaming. . Really disappointed with these two issues.
Comfortable little place. Good location. Property management promptly addressed any concerns. (Could use some curtains for us night shifters, though 😉)
Perfect studio apartment for 1 - 2 people. We stayed for Buckeye Fest and it was a short 15-20 minute walk to the stadium. Would stay again!!! Would suggest taking an eye mask though as there are no curtains and it is very bright in the room due to exterior lights on building.

Stayed here for my son’s college graduation. Very spacious for a studio apartment, clean and located close to campus. Nice neighborhood made up mostly of students. Building is very secure and off street parking was available.

it is located a couple blocks off high street, a short walk to OSU campus. the neighborhood is populated mostly by students, so that does mean occasional house parties nearby at night - all part of the charm.
Instructions for check in were very specific including the parking spot. When we arrived, the spot was taken. I reached out to the host via message and phone without response. So we feared our truck would be towed all weekend. There was no thermostat to be found in the apartment. No liner in the shower made for a wet rug in the bathroom. Only a thin bedspread for the bed. No extra blankets. So if you go in the winter, bring your own blankets. The glaring light through the blinds made for a bright room all night long. Loud music from neighboring parties also made it difficult to sleep. Apartment is next to the door to the outside, which slams shut as each person goes in or out. Walls are paper thin to hear the neighbors alarm clock continuously going off in the morning. Nice location in between the Short North and the OSU stadium. But the atmosphere has much to be desired.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was walkable to shops and dining and to the stadium. Really a perfect location. The apartment was clean, modern, light and had everything we needed. Much nicer than staying in a hotel!
Besides flea bites from the bed the Roku TV did not function. Great location for an Ohio State game or event but flea bites in the bed are not ok. The bites get worse over several days before they get better.
I feel bad for the owner but feel fair warning is needed.
Location was perfect. Short walk to dorms and to high street. Also near fraternity houses. It is on a block with frat and sorority houses so on game day expect music and a lot of activity. Ac unit worked well. It was loud but I appreciated the whit e noise and helped block some of the neighborhood sounds.
