OUR HOME IS NOT another generic, turn-key rental, but a personally & professionally decorated home we enjoy sharing with others! We are looking for guests who desire and appreciate top quality accomodations and amenities in a beautiful setting. Rich, warm color tones throughout wrap our guests in a cozy and elegant family-friendly atmosphere.

Very open & spacious! Cherry cabinetry & granite. Cozy fireplace for those chill days/nights. Listen to the stream from the master bedroom at night - a great way to sleep, lulled by the sounds of water. Beautiful quilts adorn the walls.

Easy walk to town or Blue Trolley stop just across the street also for a nostalgic ride to downtown Gatlinburg. Seasonal pool on site. Private parking space in garage near elevator with luggage & grocery carts provided to our guests- very convenient and a nice perk in stormy weather - pull in and you and your vehicle are totally sheltered from the elements.

Kids of all ages enjoy wading in & exploring the Roaring Fork Stream - try a little trout fishing or relax on our spacious balcony with lots of seating. It is a wonderful outdoor living and dining space!

Tuck yourself into the club chair and ottoman in the master bedroom to enjoy a nap or a good book while listening to the stream.

Games & puzzles in wet bar. Traveling with kids? Gaming systems plug into TVs. Magazines, novels and biographies are in baskets and the wet bar drawers. A basket with brochures of various entertainment venues is there for guests to use.

Crafters - Smokey Mountain Spinnery, the southeast's largest spinning and weaving shop is within walking distance for those who enjoy working with amazing fibers for knitting, crochet, felting, weaving and more.

The Smokey Mountain Angler is just across the parking lot from the Spinnery for those interested in trying their hand at guided or solo trout fishing in local streams or rivers. A variety of guided and seasonal wade or float trips are available.

For those who love really good southern BBQ, Smokey Mountain style, just stroll a block down from our condo to Hungry Bear's BBQ. We enjoy grabbing a selection of meats & sides to take back home to the high top table on the balcony to feast upon.

Finally, our Gatehouse condo is truly a wonderful place from which to base your Smoky Mountain adventures! We look forward to hosting you and yours!

Great location

Perfect location to go to town or the mountains. It’s just enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy the porch. Nice complex too.

Volleyball Tournament

The condo was very clean and everything worked. We did have one issue but it was resolved by maintenance in less than one hour. Listening to the creek on the back patio was so relaxing. Parking was rasy. The elevator worked very well, no issues.

Repeat stay!! Deep Balcony Creekside!

This property is a gem, large floor plan, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable, 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. No scary dangerous roads with all the conveniences. The balcony and furniture by the creek are my favorite part. Definitely the perfect place to relax! Wonderful host!!!

Nice Clean Condo in Good Location

We stayed in Gatlinburg for the three nights after Christmas. Check-in to the property was very easy and while it’s actually contact free check-in we forgot to print our parking pass and had to go to the property management’s office. They were very friendly and helpful. The traffic was insane on the Parkway so we were very pleased to see it clears out while driving to the condo. This location has options to avoid the heaviest traffic downtown if you are headed to Pigeon Forge. The dedicated parking spot in the garage is very conveniently located near the elevator and the condo is also very near the elevator so this property is even great for individuals that are unable to walk far. The condo is clean, cozy and well equipped with what we needed for our three night stay. The back porch is large for a condo and the sound of the water running below you is great. A great stay at a clean, comfortable condo in a good location. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us.

Gatlinburg and the Smokies 11/24

My daughter and I just spent a wonderful six days in Gatlinburg. The condo was spectacular. It was tastefully furnished, immaculately clean, incredibly well provided with all we needed and well located just outside of the hubbub of the Gatlinburg strip. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a condo in Gatlinburg

Perfect location!

Near Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail and the entrance to the Smokey’s National Park—walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo is spacious and has a beautifully furnished balcony overlooking the small river, so peaceful. Our host Pam was exceptional—communicated by text as soon as we booked and just before we arrived. She even called after we checked in. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you need. Her library of books by great authors, the games, the puzzles…she thought of everything! We loved it.

Peaceful and Perfect

The location of is close enough to the main strip in Gatlinburg to be super convenient but also just enough outside to enjoy the peaceful creek/stream behind it without much distraction. In my opinion it’s in the perfect spot. Trolly stops are right on location and across the street but we found walking to town downhill easy enough and saved the trolly trips for the way back. Host was kind and considerate. Excellent place to stay for a family!

Quick Gatlinburg trip

This property was as advertised and was a great experience for our family. Nice little walk into where the activities are in Gatlinburg but not too bad, even in 90 degree heat. We did see a pretty large bear across the street on the way home one late afternoon. That was a great memory. Overall I would highly recommend Mountain Mist.

2nd annual get away

The place was amazing. It had everything we needed, the back patio/balcony is spacious and peaceful. Far enough from the downtown area that you can avoid traffic but close enough to walk if you feel adventurous. We will be back!

Loved the balcony and the creek stayed out there quite a bir of our stay. Kitchen well equipped but could use a few more larger frying pans. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved that there was no entry key to keep up with and everyone could assess the door. Toilet on the master had to hold the handle down for a minute to get it to flush. Well equipped with games and reading material. With in walking distance of downtown gatlinburg but we drove because it was eay to hot to walk. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Long time Smokey Mountain fans! We just never get tired of Gatlinburg's lovely scenery and the sound of the Roaring Fork stream below our balcony. It is a year round playground, no matter the season! Our boys have grown up enjoying the area, and we have introduced many friends to the Smokeys and now they bring their children to vacation there. Multiple generations of our family have made some great memories at our condo. It is a mountain paradise to us!

Why they chose this property

Having vacationed in and loved Gatlinburg for years we decided to buy a home there. We honeymooned there, began taking our children as tiny infants, and took Grandparents and other friends and family along with us. Having a permanent home for all of us, our famiy, friends and other guests seemed the perfect idea for all of us.

RELAXATION, RELAXATION, RELAXATION! Our goal? For our guests to feel pampered and a bit 'spoiled' by us as they enjoy our luxury condo - we truly decorated it so that folks would be blessed by its warmth, special ammenities and custom touches!
Then there's the great shopping in Pigeon Forge's outlet malls, wonderful dining, and enjoying The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. It is the best of all worlds with something for everyone of all ages. You can sit and do nothing or run/hike all over the place. What's not to love?
