We are conveniently positioned 20 minutes from Downtown and 15 mins from Lake Ray Hubbard. Nature trails are just minutes away.

Firewheel Mall and CityLine are just minutes away with restaurants, shopping, movies etc.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit provides quick transport to metroplex stops from the Downtown Rowlett Station 3 miles away.

Plano, Richardson, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all neighboring suburbs.

There is a security front doorbell as well as camera and clear lighting in the rear driveway.
