A completely remodeled home centrally located in one of the most popular vacation locations in the state of Florida. This 2-bedroom, ocean themed home welcomes pets (back yard is fenced in) and is located on a private lake that is minutes away from Indian Rocks Beach, Splash Harbour Water Park and Treasure Island Fun center. For people that love the outdoors, dozens of public golf courses and tennis courts are available and Chester Ochs Park, among many others provide miles of trails for walking or bike rides. There is a plethora to do and countless shops, restaurants and attractions that will entertain adults and kids of all ages. 30 minutes from Downtown St. Pete and Tampa you have your pick in catching a professional sporting event of your choice. Wildlife and sea creatures can be seen at the Tampa Zoo, Clearwater Aquarium or the Tampa Aquarium all 20 miles away or less. Looking for an amusement park? Busch Gardens in Tampa boasts a unique blend of African Wildlife and amusement park and right next to that is Adventure Island Water Park, nice to cool off on those hot days! I've only scratched the surface of the vacation gem that is Pinellas County.
