About this property

This 2nd floor unit newly renovated with spectacular view of the vast Atlantic Ocean along with scenic old downtown cocoa beach front balcony views. Private beach access with outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella provided. Quiet morning sunrise is one of my favorites, along with frequent rocket launches viewed right from your balcony or short walk out to the beach. almost everything you might need is within walking distance, many restaurants, drinking/music establishments, local shops, artists. This unit as with one other 2nd floor unit is suited for couples only, who love the spectacular views and privacy of their balcony. this is a absolutely smoke free property. and a quiet time of 10pm-6am due to age of building/floors out of respect for other guests. my four-plex is separate from others and has private parking just outside of unit and property security cameras managed for privacy. bottom units have access to backyards as they do not have the beautiful unobstructive views as the top units.

Cocoa Beach Paradise

I knew almost nothing about Cocoa Beach. I took a chance and it was a WIN WIN!!! Best location surrounded by everything you'll need. Really felt comfortable. Parking was perfect with the private lot directly in front of your unit. Reserve yours fast because I'm returning : )

Can't beat the location

Great little property in the historic downtown district. So close to bars, restaurants and shopping, but more importantly, right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. Steve was a great host. Lots to do and lots of "toys" for the beach and surf. Beautiful deck for morning coffee and afternoon lounging. Loved our short stay.

Cocoa Beach Gem

Private, quiet, clean, safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Before I found my unit at the end of the complex I went past several units that weren’t in great shape. Once in and familiar with surroundings, it was all very nice. A direct path to the ocean out my front door was awesome. I would go again.

Couldn't be better!

Right on a quiet, peaceful beach, with a stunning and huge patio that felt like paradise. We walked to Restarant/bar Coconuts - maybe 100 yards away, also right on the beach with live music. Saw. Rocket launches from the beachside patio. Loved every moment.

Fantastic place! Definitely will be back!!

The place was magnificent and right on the beach as we hoped it would be! Commuinication with the host was very responsive and I even met him, He was fantastic and worked with us to stay a few extra days!! Highly recommend this place! we will be back next year and for longer! we found our perfect little getaway..

Wonderful family vacation location

Our little family had an amazing stay at Cocoa beach! Steve was so welcoming and nice, it was a pleasure. He let us know there was a rocket launch and it was one of a kind experience. We could literally watch it from the back porch. Condo location is perfect! Right downtown yet you have privacy and the beach wasn’t crowded even though it wasn’t far from a public beach (with life guards). We saw awesome wild life while there which our daughter loved. We highly recommend anyone to stay there! We will be back ☺️

Best location ever

Steve was a fabulous host, readily answering questions ahead of time and while there. He was unobtrusively around during our stay, and we could get help if we needed it! The property is 187 steps from door to ocean, according to my teen. There were plenty of towels, and everything we needed for the kitchen. Our family of 3 was comfortable here for a week. I hope to make this an annual affair! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, and Steve’s welcome binder had great recommendations.

Awesome sunrise

The unit was exactly what we thought, no surprises. Steve was there to greet us and explain everything. The unit was super clean and sunrises are awesome. We had a great, relaxing time. Even saw a rocket launch.

Beach getaway

This condo is so wonderful! We stayed her for our anniversary & the location was perfect. The pictures are accurate & the wake to the beach is short & beautiful. We watched a rocket launch right from the patio. You are able to walk to many restaurants & it was nice to have a designated parking spot. Everything you need for the beach is accessible to you. We loved our stay & would come back again & recommend it to friends & family!

Great Place, Great View

The property was great. Right on the beach with a great view of the beach and ocean. The patio leading to the beach was amazing. Steve was a great host and was very attentive to any needs. He was very responsive to any and all questions. We will stay at his location again in the future.

Steve made it a warm welcome. Honestly the stay went above my expectations. Everything was there that you needed or wanted as far as activities, boogie boards, surf boards and kayaks. A charcoal grill with starting board and charcoal. Outdoor personal showers to wash off the sand from the beach. The stay was amazing. I stayed for three nights and than continued on my vacation for nine nights in Orlando in a 5 star hotel, within 2 days of staying in Orlando I wish that we would have stayed our entire vacation at ocean view beach rehab 😁 my family will be staying again for sure. Thank you Steve
