For shared use: indoor pool heated (70 m2, depth 130 cm) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. Private: garden with lawn. In the complex: restaurant, bar, breakfast room, lounge, billiard table, trampoline, sun terrace. Bread roll service possible (extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, bicycle rental 6 km, bus stop "Gerolstein" 3 km, railway station "Gerolstein" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3.2 km. Urlaub inmitten der Natur
Ruhige naturnahe Lage mit Erholungsfaktor. Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit guter etwas in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung.Netter Empfang, sehr nettes Personal. Ausgerichtet auf niederländische Gäste. Daher leider nur Bücher auf niederländisch, sowie ausschließlich niederländische Fernsehsender empfangbar.
