Seven County Two State View From Deck! Friendly mountain cabin, all the comforts of home await you. It was built in 2005 with all modern conveniences. Two bedrooms and two baths are located on main level, one bedroom and one bath in the lower level, Game and tv area in lower level.Conveniently located to Mayberry/Mt. Airy, Chateau Morrisette and all wineries, Hillsville Flea Market, Galax Fiddler's Convention, Floyd Fest, Devils Den and just plain sweet Mother Nature.

Decide to just relax and enjoy the views or head out for kayaking, tubing, cycling, hiking, fishing, and Golf plus much more. Enjoy the year round farmer's markets, wineries, and eclectic shopping. Located five and a half miles from I-77 and three and one half miles from Hwy 52 off Blue Ridge Parkway.

This cabin is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great visit to the mountains. But the very best feature is the amazing view! We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to relax!
The view is marvelous, and the cabin is spacious and welcoming. It is easy to feel right at home here! Cell service in the area is iffy, but the WIFI in and around the cabin was great. Easy drive to the cabin from I-77, but really quiet and secluded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning for more relaxing times!

Annual Family Reunion
This was our second annual reunion at this wonderful, fully equipped cabin with incredible views. The only negatives are that the bed in the master bedroom won't stay against the wall, so the pillows fall into the gap, and the print hanging in the master bath is a pedophile's delight that should be replaced with something more appropriate.

Outstanding location
We spoke with the owner due to the Hurricane Helene. She stated she was in contact power company and was hoping for the power to be on. We arrived and with luck it was. The place was great, location, size of the home, and the view. We were able to locate a food store not knowing if the items in the refrigerator were still good. We saw some sites and went to a few of the stores that did have power. We would recommend this location one of the best we have been at in the past 7 years. Thank you so much we had a blast.

Celebrating God's healing
Our stay was with 2 brothers and 1 sister snd their spouses. We were celebrating the goodness of God, who blessed us with a donor kidney in March 2024. We had stayed in the cabin 3 years ago and it didn't disappoint. The views are wonderful and the cabin is well appointed. We had a wonderful time. Planning to come again. Communication with the host was easy and received timely responses.

We had a great week at this cabin. Beautiful cabin, very comfortable. Great deck with an amazing view. Very quite. Added bonus when the USAF F15’s flew over several times.Highly recommend this well cared for, comfortable cabin.

We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the cabin and the view. The cabin was very clean well stocked. My only negative comment was the bed downstairs, just not comfortable.

Very nice accommodations
The weather for our stay was not optimal with rain and fog hiding the great views and very strong winds as well. However, the place was great and we highly recommend staying here for sure. Very nice and completely satisfied with staying here!

Lovely home and the view is spectacular. All the comforts of home. Kitchen is well stocked. Downstairs bedroom mattress is not very comfortable but honestly this is the only thing that could be upgraded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Cabin!!! Million Dollar View!!!
The cabin was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking!!! Also, one of the best stocked rentals we've stayed in. It's exactly as the description. We stayed over Christmas and there was a tree and beautiful decorations as well. Karen was great and checked on us to see if everything was good, which it was. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect Cabin
This was our fifth stay at the cabin. Spectacular view, clean, comfortable and convenient to Fancy Gap, Mt. Airy, Hillsville, Galax and Wytheville. A great place to stay and Karen is a great hostess! We will return next year!

My husband and I reside in Greensboro NC, a short 1.5 hrs away. We use the cabin as often as possible but also love to share it with others. For several years I was a mortgage officer and afterwards a Realtor in Fancy Gap. I came to Carroll County for a day and hope to be there for a lifetime. We love the yard , the porch and the view along with the close proximity to so many festivals, history and events

Why they chose this property

The view is worth a million dollars.This was an excellent investment and the temperature is always at least ten degrees below any place else within miles. Our home is with-in an 1.5 hrs drive. We are only five miles down the Parkway from Hwy. 52. and convenient to Hwy. 77. Just read our over 100 5.0 reviews.

What makes this property unique

No road noise and peaceful breathtaking views. I've also enjoyed the wildlife; everything from wild turkeys to deer. And the wild flowers and vegetation are like nowhere else. Southern exposure provides a quick melt for the snow along with being off of the school bus route, providing year round pleasure.
