What is included: Two assigned parking (one carport directly behind patio C57 and a space directly in front Space 24); kitchen stocked with utensils. Air fryer, microwave, kuerig, toaster, coffee bar, stove (Black 5 burner), refrigerator, dishwasher. 2 bed rooms include a queen size bed, work space, TV, walk in closet, privacy film, black out curtains, lamps with USB hook up, ironing board, hair dryer, full length mirrors. 2 full bath rooms. Patio area has patio seats, bistro table/ chairs, washer dryer area, doggy poop area. Utilities: A/C , Xfinity internet 800 mbps, PG&E, Gas, water, garbage. Living room sofa, accent chair, egg chair and art, community swimming pool. High ceiling beams. No smoking inside but smoking area allowed outside in patio area. 24/7 security through CSI security

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen specifically because it is safe quiet and the HOA takes great care of the grounds. With that said it was chosen for our daughter once she goes to college and ventures out on her own.
